Great apartment, bright, convenient and well located! I enjoyed being able to park my car right at the foot of the building! If I had to do it again, I'll be back!

A clean and nicely renovated apartment. Everything matches the description, the kitchen has everything you need, the bed is comfortable, and the bathroom is perfect. Keep in mind that the apartment opens directly onto a busy road (although it wasn’t an issue at night), and there’s free parking available across the street. Lazar was a great and flexible host. I can definitely recommend this place for stopovers if Niš is a waypoint on your journey. However, if you’re planning to explore the city, be aware that the apartment is far from the center and main walking areas.

Great equipped apartment in the city center of Nis with a small balcony. The communication with Dragan worked well, he personally showed us the apartment and also kindly provided us with laundry detergent. From the apartment you can reach the whole center of Nis on foot and has everything you need nearby.
