Loft Remise-Allgäu, 130 sqm, 2 bedrooms & sauna

Built in 1904, the remise was not used for almost four decades and we decided to renovate it from scratch in 2020. The transformation into a spacious residential unit with two bedrooms, an open kitchen and a spacious bathroom in the middle of the village center of a rural community. Quiet location with the best views - surrounded by nature. The house is located on the Gamserberg at 975 meters above sea level adjacent to my farm. With beautiful views of the St. Galler Rhine Valley and all around the beautiful mountain scenery. Ground floor: kitchen with wood-burning stove for heating, large living room, terrace and entrance. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms and bathroom with shower and washing machine. 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms.

Haus Sunnehalde Flumserberg - Tannenheim

The idyllic house is very quietly located in the ski and hiking area of Flumserberg. The kitchen as well as the living and sleeping areas are very well equipped and bed linens (but no terry or bath towels) are provided. Since it is an older house, the room heights throughout the house are relatively low. In summer, the spacious garden with terrace and fireplace can be used. Good starting point for hikes and ski days

In the recently renovated detached house with old charm but modern furnishings, you can feel comfortable at any time of the year. The pool offers the possibility to refresh yourself in warmer months. In winter, you are only 30 minutes away from two different ski resorts and the fireplace provides cozy warmth in the dining area and living room. In spring and autumn you can go hiking in the nearby mountains.
