The holiday apartment is located in a 120-year-old brick carriage house. It offers an unobstructed view to the south, across the Havelland. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen–diner with a sofa bed, a terrace, and a private garden. On the first floor, you will find the bedroom, a balcony with panoramic views, and the bathroom with a welcoming shower. Floor area (excluding outdoor facilities): 40 m². Bedding and towels are included. The adjoining loft (45 m²) can also be rented. Three additional persons can be accommodated there.

It’s a place to slow down, switch off, and enjoy some real quiet away from the everyday. Perfect for a relaxed getaway for two. The Havel River is about a 20-minute walk away if you fancy a swim. Plenty of paths invite you to explore, to go on a walk or on a run. Or you can simply unwind in the hammock in your private garden - all day long and read 2 books

Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

The rustic tiny house offers a spacious sauna (wood-burning stove, Himalayan salt wall), a private swimming pool and a relaxation room with loungers, kitchen, large shower and underfloor heating. Wood, towels and bathrobes are available free of charge.

Enjoy the sounds of nature as you stay at this special place. Right on the Havel, you are surrounded by waterfowl and water lilies. Relaxing tranquillity and a jump from the houseboat straight into the water. You can eat, chill out and read on the lower terrace. The upper terrace invites you to sunbathe and watch the sunset. Im Zentrum steht das spektakuläre, runde Südfenster, das den Rahmen vorgibt für den Postkarten-Blick auf die Schlosswiese. Nach Westen geht es hinaus zur weiträumigen Terrasse. Das ist das perfekte Frühstückszimmer – und abends der richtige Logenplatz für den Sonnenuntergang.

Our newly renovated apartment on the first floor invites you to linger in a modern style. We also offer a pick-up service by arrangement (up to 20 km radius) for an extra charge. Since Tucheim is close to the Elbe Cycle Route, the accommodation is also ideal for cyclists. But our apartment is also a cozy accommodation and quiet overnight stay for business travelers and fitters.
