Monthly Rentals in Budak

Very nice flat , near to the sea, very nice view as well from terrasse. Owner was nice and he helped also in other matters. I reccomend this flat but also entire region is beautifull.

I rate the place very positively. Everything was clean and tidy and matched the description. Communication with the landlord was quick and seamless, check-in and check-out went smoothly. I appreciate the environment, comfortable bed and good accessibility. Overall, I was satisfied and would definitely come back.

Everything was excellent, clean, and perfectly equipped. The house has everything you can think of. What can't be captured in the photos is the peace and the breathtaking, endless view. At night, the sky is filled with stars. The check-in process was simple, and the host’s responsiveness was almost instant. Also, there were six of us, and we used the sofa bed, which was also comfortable as a mattress topper was provided. We will definitely be coming back again.

Great house and mega good for the price. The landlady was super friendly and easily accessible. The house is a little far from the sea (about 20min by car) but has a large pool. Especially the outdoor area with the big terrace and a big garden with swings, trampoline and table tennis was great. A barbecue is also available, so we actually never had to leave the house except for shopping, because there is only one small shop in the village itself, which is rarely open and only offers the most necessary. Nevertheless, we were able to relax there really well. There are many hiking trails in the area if you want to do something. A really great place to stay and we definitely want to go back.
