On the 2nd floor, a bedroom with an adjoining shower room and a separate toilet. Come and recharge your batteries in this beautiful cottage that beats to the rhythms of the seasons. Welcome to "La Petite Maison du Florival"! Put down your bags and let yourself be seduced by the charm of Alsace in this cozy house and bright house located in Guebwiller. A stone's throw from the historic heart of the city, you can enjoy the essential shops nearby and reach Colmar or Mulhouse in 25 minutes. You will have a large wooded garden with outdoor furniture and parking. The 3 bedrooms, toilet and bathroom are upstairs. A sofa bed and toilet are on the ground floor.

Our cottage has been completely refurbished and can accommodate up to 4 people. On the ground floor you will find a beautiful living space with private access to the terrace and garden. The living room consists of a sofa, TV with DVD player. The kitchen is equipped and opens onto the dining area. You will have access to the bathroom (walk-in shower, cabinet with sink). Upstairs there are two bedrooms and an office area. A closed room is accessible in the basement.
