Dachgeschosswohnung mit geräumigen Zimmern, 2 Schlafzimmer mit 1,80x2,00m Betten und eine ausziehbare Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer. Tageslicht Bad mit LED Spiegel, WLAN, SmartTV, voll ausgestattete Küche mit Nespresso und Filter Cafemaschine. Der Balkon lädt zum Grillen und sonnen ein. Bäcker, Metzger lediglich 5min zu Fuß entfernt, Parkplatz 50m Laufweg. Supermarkt 7min Fahrt. Ruhig gelegen, man ist sehr schnell auf dem Berg, im Wald und Natur. Aber auch die Autobahn A5 ist nur 12 min entfernt.

Welcome to the Black Forest! This beautiful architect´s house is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by idyllic vineyards and some of the most beautiful paths for hiking or mountain biking start directly in front of the door. The house has a big garden with a magnificent old stock of trees and a little creek. As this house was renovated looking after the design and the details and also with some technical refinements, i am looking forward to welcome you into this cozy home.

Venez vous ressourcer dans notre cabane perchée (non accessible aux personnes à mobilités réduites, échelle de meunier) avec vue sur nos chèvres miniatures, nos minis ânes, nos minis poneys, notre cochon, déconnection totale mais avec très bonne couverture réseau (au cas où) 😀. Vous pourrez profiter d’un véritable SPA sur la terrasse de la cabane. ⚠️ La cabane n’est pas adaptée aux enfants en bas âge. À 20 min de Strasbourg, 15 min de Haguenau, 10 min de l’Allemagne.
