We rent our idyllic 2-room apartment in a quiet hillside location in the center of Schwäbisch Hall with private garden and old town view. You can prepare meals in the kitchen. In 5 minutes you can walk to the old town of Schwäbisch Hall. The apartment is located on a quiet street where you will also find a parking space for your car. Our friendly apartment (approx. 40 m²) offers a stroll through the design history of the 1920s to the present day. All the furniture has been lovingly restored.

Welcome to our cozy apartment in the basement with a private entrance, perfect for guests looking for a quiet and comfortable place to stay in Schwäbisch Hall. Supplies: Private kitchen and bathroom Washer and dryer (can be used for an extra charge) Location: The apartment is located in a quiet area with good connections to the city center. By bus it is only 10 minutes to the center, and those who prefer to walk can reach the city center in about 30 minutes via a hiking trail.

Apartment in a central city location

The apartment is located right on the edge of the old town and therefore everything is within walking distance. Only a few stairs and meters of altitude have to be overcome (typical Hall). The market square (known from the Schwäbisch Hall open-air theater) and St. Michael's Church are within walking distance. Almost down the stairs and you are already there. The guest apartment is located in a separate building with private access. We, the hosts, are the neighbors.

The apartment is on the edge of Nattheim, not very far from the edge of the forest and from the skylight, you can see very nicely over Nattheim. The apartment is very cozy, rustically furnished and you immediately feel comfortable. The apartment is in a private house on the upper very large floor, which is only needed for guests and has a very nice bathroom with rainforest shower (pictures to follow). Perfect to unwind and unwind...

Welcome to our lovingly designed and carefully renovated granny flat. The approximately 45 square meter apartment has a separate entrance and is ideal for business travelers or short-term vacationers due to its central location. Business travelers will appreciate the direct proximity to local companies such as CARL ZEISS, HENSOLDT or LEITZ. A reserved parking space is available in the adjacent parking lot.

The shower is walk-in and the entrance can be made barrier-free without any problems. The apartment is located on the first floor. The shopping is within walking distance in 7 minutes as well as various restaurants and in summer also an ice cream parlor.

A multi-story house is surrounded by well-maintained gardens and shrubs. Flower baskets adorn the balconies, and satellite dishes are visible on the roof. Paths and greenery provide a welcoming entrance, highlighting the rural yet central location of the property.
