Short walk to Canton St. and walkable to local wedding venues. This new garden basement apartment has full sized stocked kitchen, large double vanity bathroom, fully stocked game room/billiard room, and separate private office. 10 foot ceilings throughout unit and it opens to shared backyard gardens & private patio. King size bed. Your own private driveway & entrance. While not 100% soundproof from, both upstairs and downstairs have quiet time between 10 pm and 7 am. No parties allowed.

Spacious, light, stylishly minimalistic & HEPA filtered entire basement suite in a quiet residential neighborhood. Separate entrance, large bedroom and separate family room, kitchen equipped for cooking, W/D, home gym, sauna, sound machine and many more details to make our guests feel at home. Walking distance to shopping, dining, park, and a playground. We live upstairs, when at home, we respect our guests’ privacy, but the suite is below the main level of our home with a separate entrance.

This quadplex has been renovated in 2021 and is tucked away for plenty of privacy. On-site parking, fast Wi-Fi, Smart TV, fully stocked kitchen. Private suite in a daylight basement, sleeps 1-6 people. Entrance to the suite is through the garage and no stairs. Our neighborhood is quite and full of large trees & friendly people. We are located close to trails, a playground, dog parks, supermarkets & great restaurants. We are 3 miles from I-75 and 6 miles from Truist Park, the Battery, Dobbins ARB, Lockeed-Martin, & the Galleria. Downtown Atlanta is about 10-15 miles south.
