Surrounded by many hiking trails and beautiful nature, it offers the ideal starting point discovering the beauty of the Eifel with its numerous sights.

In the quiet village of Neuville, the cottage 'At the foot of my tree' welcomes you in the part 'La Canopée'. Newly furnished with its wellness area (including indoor pool, jacuzzi and sauna), its comfortable rooms, its ultra-equipped kitchen and its lounge-decent, the cottage will fill you with the warmth of its stone and clay walls. It is surrounded by a furnished garden with terrace, lagoon, pond, orchard. It is close to the large woods and shops.

Walking/bike paradise

The house is suitable for couples and families (with children) and is located in the middle of the quiet village. Nearby, there is a castle (The castle of Reuland is one of the most beautiful and largest ruins of the Ardennes) and the St. Stephen's Church to visit. You can hike (hiking trails available) and bike in nature. Bicycles can be rented from the tourist office in the village. In the snow, you can go cross-country skiing in Rodt.

La Maison de Fred is a beautiful accommodation for 4 people, cozy, where you will find everything you need to feel good. With its easy and private parking, a terrace overlooking large expanses of land bordered by forests, everything is planned to have a good time, in summer and in the heart of winter. Not far from the Spa-Francorchamps circuit, the Hautes Fagnes and the American Monument of Baugnez, there is plenty to do for many days.

Many walks start 200 meters from the house. Your accommodation can accommodate 7 adults in 3 large bedrooms consisting of 3 double beds that can be separated into 2. The first bedroom also has a loft bed. One bathroom, 2 separate toilets.

Today, there are rental and holiday flats on the estate, a shop with regional products and a small restaurant. The flats are new, equipped with all comforts, towels are provided, the comfortable beds are made. Everything is ready for a warm welcome!
