Alfonso and Marcela were excellent in communication since the reservation will be the time to check out . The apartment is very well located just 5 min walk away is a supermarket, when leaving the building is a small shop and around there are smaller shops and pharmacy less than 5 min away . The points of greatest interest such as Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol and km 0 just 5-10 min . Great on about 15 minutes on foot . Nearby there is a great variety of local restaurants and also a metro station. The apartment is well equipped in its kitchen and super comfortable beds. Super recommended . To get to the apartment there is an elevator but you also have to go down stairs or climb , that was in the description of the apt too , everything was very well explained

The nicest hosts, the perfect home 🏡 and absolutely the best location. Easy access to the subway and local buses and close by easy parking for our car. I would stay here forever!

We had a blast during our stay. Thanks to Mariela and Pilar, their place was very nice and quiet. Had all the amenities we needed and was very clean. One thing to note, no complaints but possibly for older adults the stairs leading to the bedroom and hot tub are a bit tricky with suitcases. Also, we didn’t ask for any, but could have used a couple extra towels. The neighborhood is a bit rough, but we walked everywhere and never felt unsafe. Was told by multiple people that there were a lot of pickpockets in that area. Again, we never felt unsafe or had any issues. Walking distance to many of the places we wanted to see. Bolt taxis are also very useful around that area. Pilar and Mariela were great to work with and very responsive. We’ll definitely check on availability with them next time we’re in town.

Mercedes is a woman that everyone respects ,she is very nice . I personally find the communication very fluid and her reaction is quick, for sure if the conditions are met I will experience another time.

Pedro was very attentive and kind from the beginning, making sure that we had everything we needed and we did. As for the cleanliness, everything was spectacular, everything was very clean. The apartment's atmosphere is charming, cozy, and air-conditioned. All positive opinions, I would go back without thinking.

Aitor was very proactive for the check-in process and also welcomed us with a gift which was appreciated :-)

tl;dr: we had wonderful stay at Judith/Tamara's place, everything was just perfect. Longer version: the apartments are in a quiet and nice neighborhood, exactly as described and shown in the photos. They are clean and fully equipped with everything required for a family of four. Tamara met us upon arrival, provided step-by-step guidance, and was extremely helpful throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for more.

Everything went smoothly. The host gave us extremely detailed instructions making our check in very easy. The apartment was in great location just ten minutes from two metro lines in a very quiet neighbourhood. It smelled freshness and cleanliness. Very spacious for four people. The host was also kind enough to let us check in late without any extra fee. Thanks for a very comfortable day.

Santiago is an amazing host—kind, attentive, and always available when needed. He truly goes above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect. The space is small, but cozy and inviting, with a warm, homely feel. All the pretty plants made it feel like a genuine home rather than one of those impersonal apartments with plastic decor. It’s also very clean and well-maintained. Oh and the bed is super comfy! If I could give him 6 stars, I would! Highly recommended 100%!

The very central stay, right in the historic center of Toledo, very interesting everything. The house apart from being very comfortable with all the services ( clean and tidy everything, you don't need to bring anything), it is very close to good restaurants, shops, pharmacies... everything you can go on foot. The hosts are very friendly, always attentive to us, recommending places of excellent gastronomy, historical places in the area. I recommend it 100%. We will repeat the experience again. This was truly the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. And it was definitely the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in as well ! A few things worth mentioning… The gym is small, but so fantastic to have it and it is directly next-door to the apartment… So And the private terrace for the apartment is fabulous as well… It also has a really great coffee machine, but if you stay for more than a few days, and drink lots of coffee like us… You will need to buy beans . Love love love this place !!convenient !

Laura is a very thoughtful host. The apartment was very clean, very quiet and close to the center and all the remarkable sites. Everything is a 20-minute walk away. And La Latina subway is 4 min away. If you rent from Laura to visit the center of Madrid you will not be disappointed.
