Located in Docking, a 5 minute drive from the glorious beaches of North Norfolk and well served by high standard eateries and shops locally. Sleeping 6 in 3 rooms all on the first floor. The ground floor comprises of a high spec kitchen and dining area, laundry room and lounge with log burner. 2 bathrooms, one with freestanding stone bath and a ground floor wetroom with walk in shower. Secure front and rear gardens with BBQ and seating.

St Anne’s is a quirky, characterful coastal bungalow in Brancaster Staithe, sleeping up to 10 across the main house and a self-contained annex ideal for groups wanting space to gather but also retreat. Walk to the harbour, beach and the Jolly Sailors a proper local pub, not a tourist trap. Wells-next-the-Sea and Burnham Market are both an easy drive for food and exploring. Lots of parking for 4 cars and an outside seating area for a morning coffee!

The harbour is just two minutes away with stunning walks out to the sea and ferry to Scolt Head Island where hours can be spent with a picnic in the dunes!

Burnham Market is a 5 minute stroll & Holkham beach is a 7 minute drive.
