Monthly Rentals in Butterfield

Although my visit was for sad reasons, the home was cozy and quiet and my children made friends with the kids at the home back and catty cornered from the backyard so that kept them busy.

Jana is an amazing host. While our trip didn’t turn out as planned due to terrible weather Jana stayed in communication with us making sure we had everything we needed while we sheltered in place. The house was very nice. Upon arrival there were treats left out for us and even treats for our dogs! When we visit Hot Springs again this will definitely be our first choice.

I could notice so much care in this property. All the minimal details for a comfortable stay were there, from the good coffee to the potent AC, from the comfy chairs on the porch to the cleanest bathroom equipped with a good body wash and a shampoo that did not destroy my hair. The woods behind it were not really walkable, or perhaps I could not find a trail. But I liked to just be in a private place, regardless. The decor of the bathroom is spot one and the bed is crazy comfortable.

The property was great and the cabin was nicely decorated! Beautiful surrounding area with a pond and a nice water feature. Pretty much everything you might need was provided, plus a very nice gift bag with stuff to do s'mores at the fire pit. Unfortunately, we checked out early because (my fault, I failed to ask before booking) there was no internet/wifi available and I needed to work remotely. Also, our cell service was weak so I was unable to use my hotspot to connect for work. I was sad because it really was a nice place and we were looking forward to enjoying the outdoor space. One more thing to note, the driveway was extremely rough going in, even with a pickup truck, probably due to recent rains. With all that said, if you are looking for a peaceful spot to unplug and enjoy nature, this is the place for you! I would definitely recommend it, as long as you don't need to be 'connected'. Also, very responsive hosts.
