Hay Loft Flat

Located near the highest village in Britain, Flash, in the beautiful Peak District National Park, 1540 above sea level, in the winter we do get some snow, the Hay Loft has been designed to create a great base for exploring the countryside. On it’s doorstep are; Dragon’s Back Ridge, Chrome Hill, Axe Edge Moor and Buxton. We are only 30 minutes from Mam Tor, Bakewell and Chatsworth House. Curlews fly around the farm. Within a mile is Flash Bar Stores serving breakfast, lunch, cakes and groceries.

Dog friendly 🐕 Sunnyside was built in 1840, newly renovated, the property has flagged floors downstairs and floorboards upstairs. Quirky and cosy! Open plan living, dining and kitchen downstairs. Gas fuelled stove, in addition to central heating. Upstairs, one double bedroom plus a separate dressing room. Bathroom has shower over small bath. Perfect for a romantic, relaxing break where your dog is welcome too!

Smithy Bungalow is in central Buxton, with private parking. Check in 3PM, check out 12PM. Designed for 2 but can sleep 4 people; the bedroom has a king bed with an en suite and the lounge has a double sofa bed with a toilet and sink in the utility room serving the lounge. Dogs are welcome; we just ask that guests keep them off the beds and sofas. Bed linen, towels, cooking utensils plus some basic cleaning and cooking condiments provided but no toiletries for environmental reasons.
