Looking for a base between Toulouse and Albi? Come and drop your bags at Villa Occitane and relax by the pool! Located in the garden of our main residence, the house (40 m2) is self-contained and air-conditioned. You have access to our garden and our swimming pool (shared with us: no private use is not possible. Open from 9:30 am to 8:00 pm, from the beginning of May to the end of September approximately). Secure parking, 5 minutes to the A68 (Toulouse 20 minutes, Albi 30 minutes)

Private room with full autonomy

The ROOM (without kitchen) is completely self-contained, private toilet and bathroom, access through a private entrance to the accommodation. It is located in a part of our house and can ideally accommodate 2 people (up to 3 if necessary, extra charge of €10/night). In the event that the 2nd bed (armchair convertible into single extra bed) is necessary, even for 2 guests, an additional €10 will be charged upon arrival. The room is to be left clean (or €10 cleaning fee)

La Grange, in white stones and wood frame, is a few decades old. In the center of a farm property, it has been completely renovated. The cottage is on one level, keeping the charm of yesteryear. A large living room with fully equipped kitchen, large dining table and sitting area will offer you delicious moments of sharing. Guests can take advantage of the terrace with garden furniture and BBQ. Private lake for fishing or relaxing. The pool, shared with us owners.

The gîte: - Ground floor: Large living room with fitted kitchen opening onto the dining and lounge area, utility room, separate WC. 1st FLOOR: Landing with a sofa bed and a bookcase area, 1 bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed, 1 bedroom with either 2 90 x 200 cm beds or 1 180 x 200 cm bed, shower room, separate WC. Outside, you will have access to a private terrace with garden furniture, a dining area and a barbecue. The pool is shared with the owners.
