Hello, I'm Marisol, I have restored, respecting the rural character of the building, my grandparent house located in Pasarón de la Vera , village in the province of Cáceres declared of historic interest. The house has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The maximum capacity is 10 people. On the ground floor there is a separate apartment (search apartment-loft in Pasaron de la Vera) with additional capacity for two adults and two children. The kitchen, dining room and siting room are large and very nice terrace full with plants with a big table and chairs. Sheets and towels are provided and beds will be ready when you arrive. Pasarón de la Vera is well situated for visits to historical paces and country excursions. It is 12 km from Cuacos deYuste (retirement place l of the Emperor Charles V), 105Km from Cáceres and 102 Km from Trujillo. It is a very green area with with chestnut and oak trees and even if summer days are hot, nights are cooler. You can do many excursions to natural pools or Monfrague Natural Park (35 km), rent canoes, horseback riding or rent a quad. In the house there are many brochures about the area, but if you need any information about where to eat or what to visit you can contact me and I will try to help you. Encantos del Jerte, Apartment Cerezas y Picotas

The Cerezas y Picotas apartment has a spacious and comfortable living-dining room, with a fitted kitchen, a large fridge and dishwasher, an oven with a microwave function, recycling bins, cleaning products, coffee makers (Italian and Dolce Gusto), a toaster, a blender, a filter jug and all the necessary everyday utensils. There are coffees, decaffeinated coffee sachets, instant cocoa, herbal teas, sugar, sweetener, salt, kitchen roll, cleaning products and rubbish bags, all complimentary. It has two bedrooms, one with a 150 cm bed and the other with two 90 cm single beds. Our guests have commented on the comfort of the mattresses and pillows. Fully equipped cot and high chair available for babies; If you're travelling with children, we have a cot and high chair available – just ask. Bathroom with dispensers of shower gel, shampoo and hand soap, toilet paper, towels and a mat. Hairdryer. Ironing board, iron, laundry basket, clothesline and pegs. Smart TV in the living room and master bedroom. Ultra-quiet ceiling fans. Underfloor heating/cooling, with aerothermal equipment and solar panels, creating a uniquely comfortable environment. If you're travelling with a pet, we have a bed, blanket and water/food bowl. Just ask.

Newly built house with two double bedrooms and one master bedroom, two full bathrooms, a spacious living room with a fireplace, a large kitchen with everything you need, a garage, and a large porch and garden with a barbecue. The house has a swimming pool for the private use of its guests. This service is offered on request and in the summer season.
