It consists of a living room with fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with 2 single beds (can be combined with a suitable system), a shower room, a separate toilet, a wooden terrace of 10m² and a garden of 50m² facing west, a private parking space within the residence.

House 45 m2 on one level, the hyper center of Cabourg with garden and terrace facing south in a quiet area while enjoying a central place. It is close to Avenue de la Mer, all shops and the beach, in a residential area. You can park normally very easily just in front of the house. Key box at your disposal to facilitate your arrival time. For your information: the house is absolutely not suitable for wheelchairs.
