House located in the heart of the Loupiacais vineyard. Close to the Sauternais, very close to the pretty village of Cadillac. It will take you 30 minutes to reach Saint-Émilion, 30 minutes to Bordeaux and 1 hour to the Arcachon basin. Beautiful walks around are possible. The village opens a guinguette every night at the Gallo-Roman villa. A nice associative café is close to the house. The house is suitable for a family of 4 with 2 children.

My dream was to create a unique place where you can escape for a moment to discover the wonders of the Entre-deux-Mers region (wine route and 30 minutes from Bordeaux)

25 m2 studio adjoining a quiet house, with its 20 m2 terrace. A 160/200 cm queen size bed, a desk, a table and 2 chairs. No TV in the studio. equipped kitchenette: hob/cooker; microwave; fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, dishes + cleaning products. Independent bathroom: sink, toilet, Italian shower. Equipped terrace: 1 parasol, 1 table, 2 chairs and 2 deckchairs. Wi-Fi. Parking for 2 vehicles closed by automatic gate.

Apartment 2-4 people

This home sleeps 2-4 people (2 adults and 2 children max). It is not suitable for very young children and babies due to the staircase leading to the mezzanine (it is quite steep). This place is peaceful and ideal for discovering the bastide of Cadillac 2 steps away, its historical heritage, its weekly gourmet market and the surrounding vineyards. For hiking lovers, it is located near a path leading to the banks of the Garonne.

Our house is in a pleasant setting, the flower garden and the smell of wisteria will make you feel like you're somewhere else. The large fireplace in the living room is perfect for cocooning by the fire. Enjoy the private sauna and Nordic (hot) bath in our private garden, out of sight.

Not far from an old stone wall, from which it takes its name because Mazerolle in Occitan means ruined stone wall, this tree house is inside the Benauges woods on a hill at 120 m altitude. Perched 7 meters high, it will seduce you with its stunning views of the surrounding oak and pine treetops. Accessible by a staircase, it can accommodate 4 people.
