The Apartment is placed in the fourth and last floor of a building with just three other neighbors (no Elevator), nicely furnished in sea & sailing style. It has lateral views to the Ocean and to the Cathedral.

Apartment completely renovated in 2021, preserving the essence of Cádiz, located next to the cathedral and next to the sea, on a quiet pedestrian street. As you enter the property you can see the essence of Cádiz with the typical neighborhood patio, located on the second floor whitout elevador, the apartment where I hope and wish you can enjoy the wonderful city of Cádiz, without taking the car you can walk around its streets, breathe the smell of the sea and rest after a day of sightseeing

Beautyful Loft with everything you need private

It is a separate space, a loft, private with key, in a historic old building, completely renovated. Exceptional location and lots of charm, the decor is Nordic style with fir wood floors, give warmth, comfort and create a cozy atmosphere, is the second floor, with ceilings of 5 meters high which is where the loft is located. I live on the same floor and share door to the floor but the loft is a space, independent and private key exclusively for guest use.

Apartment with panoramic views of the city and the sea as well as La Caleta beach,it is located in a typical neighborhood of La Viña and very close to the historic center and the beach.The apartament is spacious,jumionosis,sunny,quied and comfortable for people with reduced mobility it has ample and comfortable,free parking for one car or five motos. IT is a few meters from caleta beach. It is also very close to restaurant,bars and supermarkets.
