Équipé d'un canapé convertible de marque française, il dispose d'un matelas de 15cm d'épaisseur (remplacé en août 2025) L'appartement est au 1er étage (sans ascenseur). La gare se situe à 5 min à pied. Vous pourrez rejoindre les plages en une vingtaine de minutes à pied ou en 5 min en voiture.
