Studio refurbished in 2020, located in the city center of Cagnes-sur-Mer, within walking distance of all amenities. Industrial style decoration. Equipped with a French brand sofa bed, it has a 15 cm thick mattress (replaced in August 2025) The apartment is on the 1st floor (no elevator). The station is a 5-minute walk away. You can reach the beaches in about 20 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by car.
