Holiday rentals with beach access in Cagnes-sur-Mer

5 days in paradise. Much better than I expected, Cathy's apartment is new, beautiful, tastefully furnished, comfortable beds and nothing is missing, 2 TVs, cd dvd mp3, wifi, a small stereo system for FM lovers, air conditioning, equipped kitchen, dishwasher, an electric grill on the terrace, there are even two small umbrellas for the beach. Really like staying at home, even better, the terrace is just overlooking the sea, beautiful, spacious, the apartment is on the top of two floors, with elevator and above there is another large terrace like the entire apartment itself with a jacuzzi ready for use . A short walk to beautiful beaches, convenience stores, cafes, pubs , rice, tobacco, all within walking distance. For those traveling by train there is also a bus that stops right in front of the building. Cathy is an impeccable host, kind and available for anything. I've been going on that stretch of coast for years and now I have an extra reason to go back as soon as I can ))

Seemingly very well located, close to a lovely beach and nice walks in the Dramont. Quiet and as described. We had a lovely stay at the Esterel.

This apartment is a bright and rare pearl of the Cote d'Azur. Full of light, spacious, very fashionable, and comfortable at the same time, thought out to the smallest detail made our vacation unforgettable! Many thanks to its owner Nadine for her friendly warm welcome and attention.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Mathieu and Sophie's beautiful home! They're backyard is a perfect spot to relax under the tree and overlook the ocean. It's also a perfect spot to watch the beautiful sunrises. The home is very modern with very high tech controls but able to quickly learn due to their very well written instructions. The ability to play music from their built in speakers was a nice touch. Having a private parking spot was very helpful since we had a car. We loved the neighborhood, close to bakeries, a bocci ball park, and not far from restaurants and shopping. But far away enough from the city center for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. Good location with plenty of cafes and restaurants within walking distance , making things even easy we usually uber in all the necessary items for our stay, Tina has been very responsive and helpful during our stayed . If you need to accommodation for 10 persons and above , here is the best choice .

Excellent location as it is close to the beach and sufficiently “far away” from the noise. It's easy to walk around town with many services nearby. 5-Star Host always ready to help and easy conversation. Esteve always worried about helping with everything. My congratulations to Mr. Marcello.

A very nice apartment right on the beach of Cannes. One small flaw is the slightly older furniture and that you could not sit or have breakfast on the terrace as well as the table was a little small. But you can handle that. Vincent is a great host, very friendly and was always easy to reach and responded quickly. If you want to spend a nice and relaxing holiday, this is the place for you!!!

Great stay with friends with 3/4 year olds House well suited for them with the secure garden. Beach at 1 min walk. Coastal path next door. Sandy beach 5 min drive 15 min walk ( 20 min with children ). Great super nice playground 5 min walk from the house. The house was very clean. Just provide the basics (salt, oil, vinegar, dishwasher tablets, kitchen towel, etc.) Everything was great, we loved our stay 👍☺️

We had a great time. The accommodation was very comfortable, quiet and in a good location. the garden is very nice. and it is convenient to be able to park your car. Marie Paule and her husband are very welcoming and attentive. I would definitely recommend this place if you would like to have a great stay and recharge your batteries

A fantastic time under the promising sun and coast that only the South of France can deliver. Idylic setting and apartment situated in the old town of Antibes. If you want to wake up with a view of the blue Mediterranean Sea and Cape d’Antibes; Lise’s apartment will satisfy all of your wants.

Our stay in Fréjus went very well thanks to Laure's accommodation. Everything is functional and very well furnished. Laure's flexibility is a real plus, both on schedules and animal acceptance. we recommend it! thank you again

Beautiful place, tastefully decorated, all the amenities are there. Large garden, so you can sit in the sun and also in the shade. Beautiful outdoor kitchen, which we made a lot of use of. Beautiful swimming pool, tennis court, jeu de boules court. Friendly host and nice communication.

The cottage met our expectations. Quiet location, shopping restaurants and beach very close. A great park property and nice reception. In the house, everything was functional and tidy. You have everything you need. Linens, towels and dish towels were provided for a fee. We had a very nice time and will definitely come back.

Me and my wife booked this amazing and memorable villa with our children and grandchildren. It's not often you get touched and experience a stay much better than I expected. The support from Marie-Laure and Barbara was above and beyond in every way and it was a delight and a security to feel so well taken care of. Everything in the house was great, fresh and kept very high level - pool, view, terrace with sun loungers, patio with its own grill, kitchen and the entire home in general, there was absolutely nothing missing. We recommend the accommodation with its proximity to the sea, the surroundings and ferry to Saint-Tropez. Even the nearby restaurants were good class. Once again, a gem of a find with a fantastic, responsive host. When travelling, it's the details that matter most and Nina has EVERY detail covered. Let's start with an absolutely immaculate, sparkling home with ample space for two. On arrival there was a bowl of fresh fruit, a bottle of sparkling wine, chocolates on the pillows and a welcome card, The spacious bathroom was fully stocked with necessities. The kitchen is a dream and equally stocked. The home itself is extremely spacious and faces the sea with soft cool breezes and the sounds of birds constantly filling the apartment—a million dollar view. Monaco is short 10-12 minute walk and it's steps to restaurants and a small grocery store—there is also an enormous Carrefour along the walk to Monaco. A beautiful beach is also a simple 5 minute walk down the hill. This home is the perfect distance from the busy of Monaco and it's made even better by Nina's incredible care. Merci beaucoup Nina. We'll be back.

Apartment as described, near the sea and with a very large swimming pool in the residence which was very uncrowded in the second half of August. Very clean and perfect welcome with Heidi and Jeroen. No complaints.

We had a great time at Amria's place. The apartment is located close to shops, the beach or even old Antibes. Amria is an available, responsive host with good advice. I highly recommend staying at Amria's place for a stay in Antibes.

Very pleasant and friendly encounter with Jean-Yves. Communication in writing as well as in person worked very well. In the fridge, delicacies were waiting for us, so we didn't have to buy anything for the first morning. The apartment is modern and very nicely furnished, we felt very comfortable right away. The large terrace offers beautiful views of the sea, simply magnificent! The beach, restaurants and bars are on site, you don't need a car. The air conditioning is very quiet, which is ideal for sleeping in the great heat. There are comfortable beds and the rooms offer a good size. We highly recommend this apartment.
