Large family-friendly house in nice Calahonda (35 min from airport). The house is located on a quiet street, 150 meters to restaurants and 700 meters to the sea. The house was renovated in 2023 and has a newly built heated pool with a large pool area. The house is suitable for 10-12 people. Lovely patios, outdoor kitchen and long tables. Mini tennis court, ping pong table and areas for activities. Large kitchen and living room. 2 bedrooms and each with a toilet upstairs, as well as 2 bedrooms with each with a toilet including shower downstairs.

A spacious outdoor terrace features a sparkling infinity pool with scenic views of the surrounding countryside and coastline. A dining table is set for several guests, with lounge chairs positioned nearby, inviting relaxation under a sunshade.

Villa las Terrazas is brand new! It’s blessed with 4 great terraces, heated xl-whirlpool, 3 bedrooms with 3 private bathrooms and a huge indoor terras (roofed terras) for a morning coffee. Theres a large -open- livingroom, seperate toilet downstairs, BBQ area and a private garage for 1 car. Out 15 mins walk to Pedregalejo beach. Restaurants and grocery store at 1 minute walking. The bus to the center of Malaga goes in front of the door and by taxi it's just a 10 minutes drive. Perfect villa!

Walk everywhere from this beautifully appointed villa with heated pool (€15 per day) only if the climatic conditions are suitable, local beaches, shops, restaurants and public transport. Calahonda is great to visit any time of the year. I live locally. Locally you'll find La Cala village, Cabopino port, Fuengirola and Marbella are a bus ride away. The property has four stylish bedrooms and three bathrooms, large lounge/dining and a modern fitted kitchen. Fibre optic high speed internet.

This is an amazing, spacious private villa with private parking, a private pool with a gorgeous garden, a barbecue area, and so much more! The villa features four air-conditioned bedrooms, a gorgeous lounge, and a stunning conservatory with a convenient work space, a dining table, and a cozy sofa area. And there's plenty of outdoor space to enjoy! This is our family villa! We've owned it for over 20 years and are now excited to open it up for Airbnb during times we don't use.
