Stunning villa+XL whirlpool, 15min walk to beach!

Villa las Terrazas is brand new! It’s blessed with 4 great terraces, heated xl-whirlpool, 3 bedrooms with 3 private bathrooms and a huge indoor terras (roofed terras) for a morning coffee. Theres a large -open- livingroom, seperate toilet downstairs, BBQ area and a private garage for 1 car. Out 15 mins walk to Pedregalejo beach. Restaurants and grocery store at 1 minute walking. The bus to the center of Malaga goes in front of the door and by taxi it's just a 10 minutes drive. Perfect villa!

Calahonda is great to visit any time of the year. I live locally. Locally you'll find La Cala village, Cabopino port, Fuengirola and Marbella are a bus ride away. The property has four stylish bedrooms and three bathrooms, large lounge/dining and a modern fitted kitchen. Fibre optic high speed internet.

This is an amazing, spacious private villa with private parking, a private pool with a gorgeous garden, a barbecue area, and so much more! The villa features four air-conditioned bedrooms, a gorgeous lounge, and a stunning conservatory with a convenient work space, a dining table, and a cozy sofa area. And there's plenty of outdoor space to enjoy! This is our family villa! We've owned it for over 20 years and are now excited to open it up for Airbnb during times we don't use.

Stort familjevänligt hus i trevliga Calahonda (35 min från flygplats). Huset är beläget på en lugn gata, 150 m till restauranger och 700 m till havet. Huset är renoverat 2023 och har en nybyggd uppvärmd pool med stort poolområde. Huset är anpassat för 10-12 personer. Härliga uteplatser, utekök och långbord. Mini-tennis plan, pingisbord och ytor för aktiviteter. Stort kök och allrum. 2 sovrum och varsin toaletter uppe, samt 2 sovrum med varsin toalett inkl. dusch nere.
