This detached house, very pleasant to stay in, is very well located, on more than 5000 m² of a neat, wooded, flowered and enclosed garden. The interior is neat, comfortable, modern. It benefits from a beautiful and large terrace with barbecue and a magnificent panoramic view of the sea. The setting is quiet, ideal for a total change of scenery. This soft and wild region, generously overlooking the gulf, mixes countryside and mountain and is crisscrossed by narrow roads crossing typical villages.

Ce charmant studio de 25 m2 est situé plaine de Péri à 15 km d 'Ajaccio, ll est attenant à notre villa individuelle. Entièrement équipé (lit 160 cm,lave linge,micro onde,...), À l'avant vous pourrez profiter de la terrasse avec une très belle vue dégagée sur Ajaccio, sur le côte, se trouve un jardinet privé avec transat, barbecue. Enjoy a nice refurbished apartment in a residence with swimming pool in the ground floor with terrace and garden 2 steps from the sea and 1/2 hour from Ajaccio. Close to all amenities and beautiful visits to West Corsica between the sea and the Cargèse Piana Porto mountain. Consisting of a living room kitchen living room with a sofa bed, two bedrooms with double bed, one bathroom with wc and a beautiful terrace and garden Cleaning , bed and toilet linen are optional .

Enjoy your stay in Corsica with a refurbished studio, literally on the water, on a peaceful beach 30 minutes from Ajaccio. Healthy residence and quiet area, even in high season, close to all shops within walking distance from the apartment. Top of stone house with pool

Lovely renovated old house. This place is ideal for a family looking to discover Corsica in a typical village and enjoy the nearby beaches. The bottom of the house is likely to be rented. A large terrace with ripening, swimming pool and sea view has been set up in the garden downstairs. You may share it if the bottom of the house is rented. Swimming pool open from the beginning of May to the end of September.
