Beautiful cozy house with private pool

Large private pool and modern house tastefully decorated and very well equipped. Terrace and garden for dinner, lunch, sunbathing by the pool 2 bedrooms with linens and towels. Wi-Fi and air conditioning 10 min from the first beaches and 15-20 min from the center of Ajaccio and 15 min from the village of Peri. Close to the river and many shops, without neighbors: an ideal place for a vacation with family or friends. Péri plain located between sea and mountain, in the heart of Corsica.

Exceptional site, Corsican apartment, sea pool

Our children call our apartment "the Jewel". It is an exceptional place, with full sea views, not overlooked, in a quiet and clean residence, close to shops, doctor and pharmacy included. The pool has a great view of the Gulf of Liscia. The private garden is an extraordinary asset for meals, or to rest in the sun loungers facing the sea. It is 30 minutes from Ajaccio, so close to the airport. There are many sports activities on the beach.

Nice beachfront home

This apartment has a unique location by the sea. Access to the beach is via a secure driveway, away from all car traffic. A swimming pool common to the entire residence is located on the way to the beach. Near the residence, a 2-minute walk away, you will find a convenience store, a medical center, a pharmacy, the post office, and a beach item store.
