The house is located on the CALENZANA plain, 5 minutes from the beaches and 10 minutes from the center of Calvi. Quiet neighborhood. A 5-minute walk away you will find a stable and two large wine estates. Close to all shops (bakery, butcher, Spar shopping center, takeaway pizzas, restaurants, etc...) and sports complex. No Wi-Fi.

In this old village backed by the mountain, at the entrance to the GR20 and 8 km from the sea, an old renovated family forge has retained its 3.6 m ceiling height and granite walls on the ground floor. The main room houses an equipped open kitchen, a dining room and a 70 cm wide bed. An adjacent summer lounge with a double sofa bed is lit by a glass roof that opens onto a 20 m² covered terrace. Hi , I present my apartment which has been refurbished, it is located in the heart of the village of Calenzana 10 min from Calvi, close to all amenities on foot (restaurants, bars, tobacco, supermarket, pharmacy, gas station... etc.) you have free parking at the bottom of the apartment. The apartment is very bright and pleasant, it is composed of a living room with a kitchen open to the latter, two large bedrooms, a bathroom and a dressing room.

Calenzana, 1 km from the GR20, cabin at the bottom of our garden, beautiful direct view of the mountain. Upstairs: bedroom with two single beds and heating (for winter) overlooking a hanging net, below an open kitchen. An outdoor shower and dry toilets. Our dog Thio will be present in the garden. When you arrive you will go through our house but you have the opportunity once there to have independent access.
