Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Çalıca Mahallesi

I was very undecided if I would leave feedback to our stay for fear that in the future it would always become a busy accommodation, but I could not help but put everything in it... it was a fantastic experience and the host was always friendly and kind. Congratulations, continue this way

Extremely atmospheric place. Very good starting point to explore the area. There are good restaurants nearby. A place where you can relax, not far from the sea, much quieter than on the coast. The kids loved the cats the most.

This apartment felt like home and was perfectly located. It is spacious, well appointed, and very clean. We loved the outdoor space and used it daily. The kitchen was well stocked and even had sharp knives! We stayed for a month and didn't want to leave. We have stayed in dozens of Airbnb's all over the world, and Guliz's place is our favorite one ever.

Beautiful stay in Karakoy, everything was exactly as described. Loved the roof terrace & pool, such great views & so peaceful. Baris was very quick to respond to our queries & was there to meet us on arrival & show us around. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Wonderful and stylish place. We had a good time and felt at home. Ilk Ay is an excellent, polite and accommodating host. The surroundings are a little noisy, but bearable with the window closed. It had everything we needed.

Beautiful home with mega views!! Steep road up to house but very doable. Host was very responsive throughout the stay and left us fresh fruit and amenities which was lovely. The house is in a perfect location with beautiful hiking nearby and a short drive to Fethiye and a few beaches. The house is predominantly solar powered which meant short showers for us in December (as well as a slightly chilly house and much more chilly pool) but this would not be a problem in the main tourist months and blankets were ample and cold plunges built character! Thank you for being so accommodating-definitely recommend:)

Ayse is a very welcoming, friendly nice lady who welcomed us warmly and also spent an afternoon with us to visit several attractions in Fethiye, it was so nice!The house is big and clean, it is more than enough for us to stay, the pool can be used, the lemons from the trees can be picked, and also recommended a very affordable Turkish restaurant, everything was perfect.I will recommend my friends to stay here.

I have visited Fethiye a few times before but honestly think it is the best place we have ever stayed. The host (Deniz) is super friendly, easy to reach and proactive. The space was in a pristine condition, clean, well equipped and felt homely. The neighborhood is peaceful, quiet and close to the shops places. I will definitely come back to this place next time I am in Fethiye. Highly recommended.

Close to the sea, the location is excellent, there are many restaurants and coffee shops downstairs, there is a Carrefour supermarket, which is convenient.The host is very welcoming and introduces the itinerary of island hopping boats!

Stunning views from the terrace. Cozy, comfortable, and spacious home. Boris is hands down one of the kindest men you’ll ever meet, and his hospitality skyrocketed my experience from what would have been amazing to unreal.

Turget was an absolutely amazing host. He arranged our transfer from Dalaman to the apartment. His place had everything you need, kitchen had all the utensils pot’s microwave washing machine toaster kettle. Well equipped. Turget has a travel company Seaside Travel, he arranged our excursion for 4 days and allowed me to pay in £. He even changed money for me at a great rate. Went so far as dropping us off to the centre of Fethiye the following day. He was always responsive via what’s app. Helped me to arrange my transfer to Antalya. I really cannot fault Turget or his place. It’s so conveniently located. CALIS beach is about 15 minute walk. Carrerfour, migros and SOK supermarkets are a short walk away. Great local butcher with marinated meat which they BBQ for you for 45TL per kg. I would 100% recommend this place and would defo stay again. Pool was really clean and well maintained. All round it was a fantastic 6 day stay.

It was our first time in Fethiye. This house, where we stayed for a short holiday for 3 nights and 4 days, made us feel the comfort and warmth of home. We were very happy with the experienced, warm, sincere approach and interest of Mr. Süleyman and especially Mr. Doğan from the first reservation to the departure. The house was no different or even better than the pictures. A peaceful house overlooking the sea with a view of the sounds of birds. All the details you may need at home are thoughtfully thought out. All you need to pack and come, I'm sure you'll leave with 😊good memories. Lovely apartment, very clean and spacious. The apartment had everything you needed including hairdryer. 2 mins walk to marina and bus stop, cafe bars, restaurants were all around apartment excellent choice thank you Turfan

Staying at Multu's house was an absolute pleasure. It’s the perfect place to recharge, offering a peaceful atmosphere that instantly puts you at ease. The location is incredibly serene, with breathtaking views of Babadag. Hope I will back once again!

Comfortable stay organized by a friendly host. The apartment had everything the family of three required, highly recommend! Also, there are multiple supermarkets and restaurants around.

Accommodation better than in the photos, pleasant stay, Mrs. Deniz is very friendly, the instructions for getting to the accommodation are very clear. The beach is accessible by public transport in 10 minutes (even without a car) Everything is nearby Flawless residence. My kids loved the pool.

I and my family had a great holiday at Bayram’s. The apartment is equipped with very confortable beds for a really good night sleep. The kitchen is fully equipped . I particularly enjoyed the water dispenser, the evening balcony sitting. The flat is 5 mn walk from shops and from the beach. The bus stop to Fethiye town is just outside the property. Bayram has booked for us a taxi from the airport and back. The taxi was confortable, equipped with wifi and air conditioning. The driver stopped to buy fresh water for us when he pick us from the airport. We particularly appreciated that as all the family was thirsty from a 4:30mn flight. We arrived at the appartement past midnight and Bayram was there to show us around and he made available to us , eggs, milk , jam, butter , juice and bread for breakfast. Much appreciated. Bayram was always available and responsive to our requests . Thank you bayram for making our holiday a memorable holiday.

First at all - Kemal super friendly and positive person. Like battery with extra power for all who near :) Apartment is the best in our experience for many journeys. And I’m sure this apartment and community is the best in Fethiye. Super green, super clean swimming pool and super clean territory. Powerful AC system, soft water and all new. Near Fethiye you can find small town Gocek - for us it was discovery 💡 Amazing place, restaurants, people and town.

Probably the best place in Fethiye! Ramazan’s apparement is located in a lovely villas complex. It’s clean, safe and calm. You’ll be at 10 min from the beach and restaurants or you can enjoy the 2 swimming pools with sunbeds if you feel lazy. Ramazan is the perfect host: always available and nice. If you’re looking for a place in Fethiye, do not miss this apartment!

Wolfgang &Yakup have both been extremely helpful. the location of the apartment is ideal, taxi button right outside complex, to take you into hisiranou or Fethiye. Small local shop in 5 min walk for your essentials. Apartment very clean sofas and beds very comfortable Will definitely be booking again. 🧿🪬☀️🥰

This is the best place we have ever stay in Fethiye for my 10 years experience! Without exaggeration!I have never met such nice people and absolutely hospitable ones.We came with my mom and 9 years old daughter and spent amazing days in Korhan’s place. We had everything we needed! Cleanliness, coziness, warmth and comfort. Honestly, i worried about kitchen (but u have all at home from spoon to coffe machine-really all), weather was raining all days and I worried home can be cold(BUT there is a floor heater system), safety and neighbours ( BUT i met the warmest and lovely neighbours ) ALL was perfect and predicted in advance .This place is a heaven for listening birds in the morning, drinking coffee in terrace, enjoying peaceful nature and feeling as u are home! We were also pleased with an early check-in and late check out!I just have nothing to compare it with any place in Fethiye. In conclusion: Perfect location, 24/7 support from Korhan, easy instructions, modern cozy home!THANKYou
