Our place is designed in the style of a boutique hotel. Every member of our family has put in a lot of effort. At the end of a long and laborious period, a happy and joyful work emerged. Our building has 3 rooms that are entered independently from the stair tower. Each room has its own bathroom, toilet and balcony, and 2 rooms have a mini suite kitchen. The rooms are on the ground floor, 1st Floor and Attic 2nd floor. We also have a room in Bodrum, but we didn't put it on the list We have a pool and a full KITCHEN & dining area by the pool

Our comfortable apartment with a private beach in Fethiye Çalış Beach, right by the sea, offers accommodation for up to 4 people. You can enjoy the sunset on its large balcony with a pool view and reach the beach in just a few steps. Our apartment has air conditioning, high-speed internet, a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and all the items you need. There is a car park on the site and it offers a peaceful, safe holiday environment. NOTE: A special discount will be offered to those wishing to rent our house for 28 days or more.

Our villa is located in the most elite district of Fethiye and is very close to the center, the sea, entertainment, parks and sports areas, and is very close to pharmacies, hospitals, supermarkets and restaurants. Our villa, which has three suite rooms, has a Turkish bath, sauna and a double Jacuzzi in both rooms. In monthly rentals, water, electricity, internet and weekly cleaning are the responsibility of the tenant. Security deposit is $700 The pools are closed from November 1 to April 30 due to weather conditions.
