Waterfront holiday rentals in Çalış Beach

We loved this apartment, it’s a beautiful and peaceful spot and we loved sitting on the balcony in the evening looking over the boats and water. It is a little bit of a walk to the main town but it suited us perfectly for avoiding being in the thick of it. There are a few excellent restaurants across the road from the apartment too, some of the best food I’ve eaten. Murat was also fantastic and responding quickly and giving us guidance when needed. Can’t fault the stay, fully recommend!

This is a wonderful place, silence and grace. It is especially surprising how comfortable living conditions were created by the host in the middle of the fields and mountains. Everything was great - light, clean, warm, all wishes were taken into account. I really liked the beautiful dishes and towels, in general everything is chosen pleasantly and tastefully. Would have loved to stay longer. Very envious of those who come in season, when the cafe is warm and open, because we would like to have breakfast downstairs on the premises. We are very grateful for the opportunity to visit you, thank you for your hospitality!

We really liked everything! Lovely modern apartment with oven, washing machine, dishwasher and pool. Everything you need for living and even a little more is available. I would like to note that there is much thought out in the apartment for convenience. Everything was very clean at check-in, which is rare in Turkey. There was even water in the fridge! There were problems with the bed linen, but all questions were resolved very quickly and kindly, despite the fact that we arrived late. The host and his assistant are quick to respond and always go to meet you. Thank you for this service! The only thing I want to warn you about is that roosters live next to the apartment and they crow all night and morning, and on the 2nd floor from 6 in the morning the neighbor's dog on the side of the bedroom barks, if you can't sleep with the windows and air conditioning closed, then they will wake you up! Another upstairs neighbor dumps garbage periodically on the bottom floor of the pool. We stepped on glass shards once. This may be the case, but we didn't swear, we cleaned it up.

Mr. Erhan and his wife are extremely hospitable, they helped us feel at home, the house was very clean, everything was considered, there were treats in the refrigerator, Mr. Erhan helped us with the entrance and exit of the house, and if we come back, we would prefer the house of Mr. Erhan again, and we recommend the facility and the location to be very nice.

Thanks Ibrahim, all instructions were clear. The hyper-equipped kitchen with utensils and small appliances - Nespresso, Turkish coffee machine, kettle, mixer, fruit press,etc. Authentic decor. A breathtaking view. Flowered surroundings. Spacious rooms. Perfect value for money. The accommodation is located high up close to the supermarket rich in items of all kinds of food and non-food items, spirits, beach items,etc. A shuttle bus connects you in 3 minutes maximum to the pool and beach (every 10’ ). Super good restaurants on Kalkan but also nearby like ‘Aciktim’. The only problem is the lack of air conditioning at the ground floor, which is compensated by a fan.

Wonderful place, very nice views. Lots of restaurants close by, Migros and Macro shops, Johnny's Cafe Bar around the corner. Great apartment, as described and photographed, everything is working. A luxurious second floor with a large balcony with a good view, very comfortable living room, kitchen, balcony on the ground floor overlooking the pool and the surrounding area. Great pool a few steps from the room, have a nice time on the pool. A responsive host, met me, saw me off, showed me everything, recommended shops and restaurants. I need a car or taxi. You can walk to the beach in Kalkan, 10-15 minutes, back will be hard uphill due to the drop of heights, there is nowhere to leave a car by the beach. Beautiful beaches of Kaputas 10 minutes drive, Patara 25 minutes drive. Entrance to Patara is 15 euros per person, gives the right to visit 10 times within 10 days.

Great host, great communication. Beautiful home in peaceful surroundings. Would love to come back to this special place to wake up to that incredible view and swim again with the sea turtles one day!

My fiancé and I stayed for 2 days for a holiday. We were very happy in every way. It was a great experience to spend time calmly, especially by the stream. There were all kinds of amenities. There were areas where we could barbecue and sit by the river. We also had a hot tub surprise that wasn't visible in the photos. Everything was very new and very clean. We were able to reach the host comfortably and he was very helpful with everything. We did not have any heating problems, you can stay comfortably in summer and winter. We look forward to staying again when we can.

Close to the airport, but when the doors and windows are closed, the sound is largely cut off. The house is prevented from being hot with the air conditioners in the house.

It would be hard to find a better place to stay in Kas. We loved every aspect - the spaciousness of the apartment, the layout of rooms ( two floors, 3 double bedrooms, two bathrooms), the details (great screens to shade the rooms), the fact it felt like home and excellent instructions about the apartment and Kas from Lars. We so enjoyed our stay and recommend the apartment highly. And the outside cats and dogs!

Loved our stay at Yakup’s 1 bedroom apartment! It was as described with views from its terrace of Kalkan bay. It had all the necessary facilities: kitchen had a filtered water tap so that saved on having to haul heavy water bottles back. Really comfy bed too. Visiting Sept/ Oct, the resort on where Yakup’s place is was really quiet, no problem getting sunbeds, whether it was around one of the 2 outdoor pools that were open or along the ledges directly leading to the sea. Great we could use the resort facilities for free and there was a discount for food/drink. The shuttle bus was useful if we’d have struggled with the steps up and down from the pools to the apartment, there were many which we climbed daily, That is Kalkan though! Supermarket on site if needed and, as the apartment is at the top end of the resort it made walking into Kalkan town really easy, along the old road, with amazing views too. Yakup was very communicative, great host. We’ll definitely be back!

The beach is a 20 min walk and the airport is a 10 min taxi ride away. I stayed for one night for a long layover and enjoyed the pool
