Guest will enjoy the use of the dock located in front of the house. Great for fishing, swimming or docking your jet ski or boat. We also have a ruko with Hulu that has the live tv package. *Pet Friendly, but there is a 50.00 pet fee. Just inquire and will request the funds for this separately after the booking is confirmed.

The Roosevelt

I built this cabin in 1989, this property has a lot of history, it was part of the land that my father in law acquired from the Roosevelt program, I believe that was in 1932, he was one of the few original settlers. we have 25 acres we are in process of making walking trail that will wind back and forth through the entire property. will be a good chance of seeing all kind of wildlife including deer turkey, squirrels and all kind of birds. An hour South of Atlanta, the cabin is not primitive, it has all the modern convenience sitting on a 20 ac tract with bigger tracts of land adjoining. I have a five person sleep accommodation but if you are a larger family I can make an allowance. It is a very safe area and we are available if you need us.
