Spend a day on the lake and take advantage of your private dock (dock is seasonal due to winter water levels being low) Bring your boat (trailer parking on property) or use our kayaks to paddle around the cove. After your lake day, retreat to this cozy bungalow on a wooded lot. Grill-out and enjoy the outdoor eating area, sit by the fire or chill on the deck overlooking the lake. Close to boat ramps and marinas who offer gas dock, boat rentals and restaurants.

The Roosevelt

I built this cabin in 1989, this property has a lot of history, it was part of the land that my father in law acquired from the Roosevelt program, I believe that was in 1932, he was one of the few original settlers. we have 25 acres we are in process of making walking trail that will wind back and forth through the entire property. will be a good chance of seeing all kind of wildlife including deer turkey, squirrels and all kind of birds. This cabin is located in the Pine Mountain Club Chalets Resort, a 65-acre property less than one hour from Atlanta in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. Chalet 21 has 2 bedrooms downstairs and one in the above balcony room with bath. The property has a 12-acre fishing pond (bring your own life jackets), playground, beautiful seasonal swimming pool, tennis courts, sand volleyball, 9 hole putt putt course, ping pong in recreational facility. Private entrance with electric fireplace, television, music, Queen size bed, sofa, bar with stools, refrigerator, 2 burners cook surface, microwave, Keurig, toaster, dishes and cookware. Private bath with compost toilet, shower and sink. Access to paddle boat with life jackets available. Fishing rods if you want to try it!

If you leave the doors open, bugs may come in as we are in the woods.
