We would like to welcome you to our cozy and green apartment in the Pleißa district. The apartment is conveniently located. Due to the proximity to the A4 and A72 highways, you can quickly get to cities worth seeing such as Dresden, Leipzig and Weimar, or the beautiful Western Ore Mountains. Chemnitz City can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. Just around the corner there is a nice playground for the smaller children. You can explore the area on many hiking trails.

This charming apartment is located on the 1st floor of a lovingly restored, listed building and offers a unique ambience. Everything is housed in a spacious room, only the bathroom is separated. Overall, you can expect a bright, friendly atmosphere that invites you to feel good.

5 min to the highway, only 20 km to Chemnitz, 60 km to Leipzig, 90 km to Dresden and yet in the middle of an oasis of nature, streams and ponds, meadows and forests, tranquility and the relaxing sound of the water. This is a former office (driving school), which is equipped with a bed. There is a bed (2 m x 1.4 m), a sink, table and sofa. No shower. No stove. The toilet is located separately in the stairwell. Location: In the center of Hohenstein-Er.The train station and Altmarkt are within a 5-10 minute walk. Shopping and catering is very close.
