Enjoy a private pool, jacuzzi, BBQ, high-speed internet, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a short walking distance to the beach and local restaurants. Available for long stays. House Rules: • No parties or events allowed. • Maximum of 6 guests at any time. • No smoking inside the villa. • No drugs or illegal substances. • Guests who do not follow these rules may be asked to leave the property immediately.

The living room has a sofa bed which pulls into another double bed if required (18€/day per additional guest). The nearest beach is only 350 mtrs away and within 200 mtrs of the old town. The apartment and open terrace includes 1 bedroom, a living room, high speed internet, TV and kitchen. Not adapted for small children.

Behind is the terrace where you can take in the views of the Cavall Verd mountain, where breakfast will be a spectacle.
