Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Caltanissetta

A great apartment that’s close to most of the things you want to see in Palermo. Unfortunately, I wasn’t there long enough to see them all this time, but we hope to return. My family of four really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the elevator after all the walking!

It's central, in a historic building. Despite being on a very central street with lots of commercial activities open until late, perfect soundproofing. Clean house, equipped with all comforts. Giuseppe was very kind, he accompanied us to check in at home, but it was very late. She allowed a late check-out that gave us the opportunity to make the most of our last day there. Highly recommended.

Ivana is an on outstanding host. She is very responsive and gave us a list of places to see, things to do, restaurants, etc. The apartment is beautiful, very clean, spacious, and in a great location in the heart of Palermo. Highly recommended!

The house has all the comforts, nothing is missing. The beautiful terrace lends itself to pleasant evenings in company thanks to the bistro downstairs that provided us with excellent pizzas and Sicilian delicacies. The area is quiet and also served by public transport, making parking easy. We felt right at home.

Vito welcomed us very well, and gave us several little tips about our trip which was really nice, the place was perfect, nothing to complain about, just like on the pictures! Thank you so much! ☺️

Martino's apartment is very beautiful. We loved the refreshing pool after a warm October day visiting The Valley of the Temples in nearby Agrigento. Everything is very clean and luxurious. Martino made checking in very smooth, and the signage to find the apartment is so helpful. The kitchen is small but works for easy meals. The apartment is equipped with a Murphy bed if you are traveling with children so does not have a sofa in the living room. The view from the apartment is spectacular. Martino is a great host.

We stayed at Pina‘s and Damiano‘s place for 8 days with our little daughter (8 months). They set up a baby bed, gave us baby towels a baby chair and even provided toys and umbrellas for the beach. It made our first trip with our baby to the beach so much nicer! It was also very convenient that we were able to use the wash machine. The location was perfect! Right in the center of Cefalù but still very quiet at night. The staircase up to the apartment are pretty steep and narrow but we didn’t mind the extra workout. Although the living room and bedroom are in one room, we managed to put our daughter to sleep and still have dinner on the small balcony. Thank you for your hospitality, all the tips and the little home that you provided for us!!!

We stayed here for two weeks and loved it! The apartment is very spacious and elegant. The location is excellent—within walking distance to everything the old city has to offer, including many historical tourist attractions, shops, restaurants, coffee shops, cafes, etc. The owner and hosts are responsive and friendly. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this apartment.

Tina and Luigi personally welcomed us and made sure to have everything we needed in the house to not have to worry during the stay. Breakfast food and fresh eggs included! The view of mount Etna is amazing from the house… we really enjoyed our stay!

Everything in the home was well thought out and set up to make it very comfortable . The home was spotless and the views unmatched . I would stay here again given the chance .

We stayed for four weeks in march. We had a great time, we fell in love with the place and their lovely dog Fiocco who is very sweet, also to children. Therèse and Viviana were very kind and helpful when we had questions. The house is situated in the middle of a large lemon grove and a daily stroll to the sea (it's a pebble beach) is greatly recommended. The nearby village San Stefano di Camastra is great for an ice cream and a coffee. We expected more hikes to be near, as it is located right next to Nebrodi but finding and reaching hotspots (hiking or otherwise) was ultimately harder than expected. We encountered this across Sicily though and is not related to the house itself. Our children loved to roam around the premises and find their own little adventures. All in all, we had a great relaxed stay and felt in tune with rural Sicily.

This place was beyond spacious. The large size of each room, plus the separate stone dining and sitting area was a special treat. Alberto provided more amenities than any place we have ever stayed. This should be a 10 Star review. Fantastic value and super host.

The apartment is well located, parking at the door, many shops. Margherita is a warm, smiling, friendly person, she brought us a sweet little gift that was very nice 🧡 Comfortable beds, lots of space, clean bathroom, very good quality washer and dryer, and plus laundry supplies! We found everything we needed in the kitchen. We had a lovely time. Thank you and we will recommend :)

From the moment you drive into the parking area you feel very lucky. The outdoor space is well designed with multi areas to sit and relax. The outdoor kitchen is easy to work in and lets you enjoy the area. There are three lemon trees which you can enjoy a fresh lemon whenever you want. The inside is ever comfortable and the beds are comfortable and linens are crisp and white. You are in walking distance to stores with fresh fruit and a grocery store that lacks nothing. I highly recommend this location for a week or more holiday.

The experiences we have had in this beautiful country house as guests of Vincenzo are indescribable: on the one hand, the accommodation is perfectly located on a mountain with a wide view of the valley, surrounded by several flower meadows. The property is very spacious and has a large terrace. Everything was clean and lovingly furnished. In the evenings it was still quite cool in April, so we used the fireplace. What everything necessary was put together and provided and we could enjoy the warmth. On the other hand, the highlight is Vincenzo itself and its animals, which also live on the property. We got detailed tips for the area and were always warmly welcomed and sniffed by everyone:) Overall a delight!

Massimo is a fantastic host, very friendly, very responsive, very considerate. He offered great advice as well as background information around Palermo and Sicily, and even offered pickup and drop-off at the airport. I stayed for four weeks and wasn't homesick for even a second. The flat is very well located with a local supermarket almost next door, several good bakeries, cafés and restaurants in short walking distance, and a 20 minute walk to the old city centre. I hope to be back soon.

The accommodation is very spacious! The balcony view is amazing especially at sunset time! The host is very good advice for visits and shops. Great place!

Maria is a wonderful host, and she made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived at her place. Her local recommendation is fun and interesting. Her place is very clean, new and centrally located. You can walk anywhere in the city. I would love to stay at her place again and I highly recommend anyone to stay at her place!

Our stay was beyond our expectations. The apt was clean, well appointed and the hosts were both very helpful and easy to communicate. The beds were very comfortable and kitchen was fully stocked with glassware and dishes. The view from the rooftop terrace was magical! Beautiful view of both mountain and sea. The hosts were very helpful in securing a taxi for our trip to airport. Rob and Francesco were wonderful hosts!

A beautiful apartment in a fabulous city! The location is excellent, with many restaurants and interesting sites easily walkable. The apartment combines historical charm and modern amenities. Communication with host was friendly and always helpful. Highly recommend staying here!

Very great apartment and superbly furnished. By comparison, it is not as noisy as in other places in Palermo. However, there is a lot of noise on the street from just before 8am. But very quiet at night! It is between 20 and 30 minutes walk to the center. Very close is a train station with direct connection to the airport and the main train station. Thanks!

beautiful house, wonderful space, Close to the beach and wonderful view. it was early. spring and the weather was cold-ish and the house has a very good heater. also AC in all rooms. lots of beautiful books and magazines about art, Sciacca town, sicily in the living room. also great recommendations where to eat. kitchen is super well equipped and we felt really at home cooking for the family. the only thing that hat it is not mentioned in the description of the apartment is that the place is a house divided in 4 apartments. one of the rooms has an exit door and windows directly to the entrance and patio of one of the apartments. so when people are there and talking normal, there is no isolation to the sounds coming from outside. same to the apartment above, someone was cleaning up there in the evening and it was very hearable. there is no ceiling lamp in most of the rooms and at night the light is low. all for all we had a lovely time and loved our stay.

The place was very clean and looked just like the pictures.
