The apartment is on the 1st floor with an elevator, a parking space in the underground garage and consists of 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms. Air conditioning, wifi. The kitchen is equipped with: dishes, dishes, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator/freezer. The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds, and a sofa bed in the living room. It is possible to access the panoramic swimming pool in the common garden.

I furnished it with passion, creating a mix of various eras, thus obtaining an original, welcoming and comfortable style. A space deliberately out of time! Ideal if you love the real Lombard countryside. I've lived here since 1995.

Convenient location: 5 km from Catullo Airport, the A4 motorway exit and Villafranca; 20 km from Verona, the exhibition centre, Lake Garda and Gardaland. We love genuine, flexible hospitality. A fridge, microwave and kettle were provided, but there was no hob. Area NOT served by public transport (car required). We offer assistance with booking taxis.
