A modern place, recently remodeled with great views of the city from the rooftop deck, where we recently added hot tub. The pleasant neighborhood and the house sits at the end of a cul-de-sac a few blocks to the river. Driving to PDX airport is fast and easy, the traffic won't make a huge difference. Our 3 bedroom-2 bath home has been completely remodeled. All new rooms and furniture. It is a great place to relax, sit in the hot tub, BBQ, or sunbathe. It is near shops, a park, restaurants, casino, and has quick freeway access to downtown Portland, PDX International Airport (only 7 miles). Downstairs is an open concept with the livingroom, kitchen, and dining room. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The backyard has an outdoor kitchen with a BBQ, the hot tub, and a sun deck.
