We had a great time, the house was very clean and comfortable. It has beautiful views, and a nice park across the street. It is a quick drive to downtown Salem, which was nice. We definitely recommend staying here!

AMAZING only starts to describe this place. We stayed for 5 night and really didn't want to leave. The large windows off the bedroom open up to the ocean and the sunrise. The kitchen is a full kitchen and well stocked with all the things you need to make meals. The feel of the place is cozy, open and clean. David came down to meet us and share some local spots when we 1st got there. He was quick to reply when I did message him a could of questions. Great host, Amazing place.... 100% hope I get to stay here again!

We had a wonderful time. Catherine’s place is very clean and the furniture is extremely comfortable Off street parking and just a few stairs was perfect because we bring so much stuff to craft with. We will definitely be back.

This was the perfect place for our family. Comfortable bedrooms and twin beds for the kids. Right across the street from the beach and a playground. Would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

The location of this unit is perfect for travelers looking for a quiet place to stay but with access to all of Boston. Not only is it a quick drive or 1 stop train ride to Salem but it is walking distance from many restaurants and great views. The town itself and really all of Boston for that matter is full of lovely people. I’ll be honest coming from someone from the South - I had my reservations about people but they were quickly subsided by EVERYONE. This place, this town, this area has something very special and lovely.

I LOVED my stay here! I stayed here for my birthday trip to Boston with two other people. The view was insanely good for the price. We loved how cozy the place was, especially the couches. An uber to the city was around $20. Patricia was so sweet and gave recommendations of things to do in the area. Parking was free which was so helpful. My only complaint is me and my boyfriend stayed in the downstairs bedroom, and noticed there was a door in the room. We opened it and realized it was an unlocked entrance to our room from the downstairs, where other people were staying. The door had a window that wasn’t covered up very well either. We locked the area so no one could get in, but it was a little uncomfortable knowing we could’ve been sleeping and someone could’ve walked up there if we didn’t notice and lock it. Would 100% recommend just make sure those doors are locked!

Perfect location for walking to everything. The house was perfect and stroller on site was a lifesaver for us. Micheal was extremely helpful and an wonderful host.

We had a great stay at Cecile’s. The place is very clean and nicely decorated. The beds are very comfortable! We had plenty of space to gather and socialize. Very close to great takeout places, a grocery store…all the amenities. And the view is beautiful!

We stayed at Jenny and Thom’s for a family reunion weekend in Newton where the festivities were at my sister’s house who lived nearby. The home was perfect for what we needed . It is very cozy, nicely decorated, very clean, and well equipped. The view from the back is so peaceful and we even saw a swan! The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are squeaky clean. Directions for care of the home are very clear - and little details like labels for the lights were helpful. Jenny was always available if we had any issues but we had none. We would stay again!

This was our 3rd year renting, and we’ve already booked for the 4th year! That pretty much says it all! It’s our favorite long weekend of the year. You will not be disappointed.

we stayed with Jay for a little over 3 months and could not of had a better host. absolutely beautiful home with all the amenities you could ask for. stunning sunsets and sunrises with an amazing sun room. accessible parking and highly recommended walking to castle rock right down the street. Beach is phenomenal and all the neighbors were pleasant. all linens and mattress were absolutely amazing. Master bedroom is designed for those star gazers. I highly recommend staying with Jay this was a gem and we would love to book again.

A great base while my child attended a sailing course at Duxbury Bay Maritime School. This is a lovely area. Bogs, salt marshes, beaches. The house was very clean and beds super comfortable. Sunset over the pond is beautiful ! Advertised as max 8 people though there is only bed space for 4. Having said that, there is plenty of space in the house for more people with air mattresses. Only other comment is that there is not much in the kitchen. Nespresso machine but no pods. No other coffee maker that I saw. Salt and pepper in the cupboard but nothing else. No pasta strainer. Small things that didn't overall impact our experience but worth mentioning.

This was such an artistically decorated home with breathtaking ocean views and yet so comfortable and functional ! The sunsets are amazing and we would highly recommend this to anyone visiting the Nee England area a true gem ! Many thanks !

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Amy's property! The house, common areas, and bedrooms/bathrooms were all clean and well kept, and everything was as pictured. Amy was extremely responsive to all of our questions! Can not recommend this place enough - we would love to stay again, when we're in the Boston area in the future!

Lovely area, deer walk up to the property. Super clean, such comfortable lodging. Easy to enter, no lugging furniture up steps (sometimes makes a big difference), just unload and roll inside. All the amenities you’ll need for a perfect stay. Great restaurants very close. Would highly recommend!

I booked this Airbnb as I was attending a wedding at Piers Park in East Boston! It was so close and it was only a 6 minute walk away! Upon arriving Jay, the property manager met us at the Airbnb to go over how to run and find everything in the Airbnb, which I found to be super helpful! Not only was it helpful, but it was so nice to meet Jay. He was so sweet and he gave so many great recommendations! This Airbnb had it all! I truly could not have asked for a better place to stay ☺️

We had a great stay. Excellent location to walk easily into Salem and within 30mins of central Boston by train. The flat was spacious and was stuffed with absolutely everything one could need for a long visit. for example toiletries, umbrellas, torches and rain ponchos. The beds were the most comfortable we have experienced. Charley was very responsive to queries. Thank you for a super time.

Spiro was a great host, he was able to accommodate us pretty last minute and it turned out to be such an amazing place to stay. Perfect size for our small group of 4, and plenty close to be able to walk into town. Over just a great experience. Thank you again Spiro!

Gary provided an amazing experience during our stay! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect, close to main attractions, yet peaceful and relaxing. Gary was incredibly thoughtful and responsive, making us feel right at home.
