Relax in a calm new home just 100 stairs to the beach. Enjoy a deck, covered seating, open kitchen living space, 2 bathrooms down & 1 up. 1 king bed & 1 queen down & 2 king beds up. NOTE: island water is limited with a sulphur smell but is fine to drink. This is a quiet place, no parties please. For accessibility: the ensuite has a walk-in shower & seat. Walk on waterfront in the front yard and forest in the backyard, yet only 10 mins to town! My house is not perfect. Like any family home, it has its quirks and the closets are full of my stuff, but the beds are clean and you can't beat the location.
