Family-friendly holiday rentals in Campbell River

Wendy was a great host, easy to communicate with and responsive. The house was as described and like the pictures. It was super clean, charming and spacious space for the 5 of us. Our little one loved the treasure chest of toys and books and we all enjoyed the hot tub! The location was a great base for exploring the east coast of the island and being a few steps from the beach, we went for early morning or evening walks. The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked dinner most nights. Little touches such as phone chargers, a laundry basket, beach toys and outdoor shower made things so much easier! I would highly recommend this place!

Cute and cozy it was absolutely perfect. Light and beachy. Very comfortable bed. LOVED going to sleep to the ocean noises and waking up to the loons. Only thing to keep in mind is you have to pre book your hot tub time (which is actually nice because you get it all to yourselves!) :) Thanks for the awesome getaway!

It is a lovely place; the Host was very nice and kind enough to show me around the area as it was my first time in Campbell River. the apartment is neat. will stay there over and over again.👌

Had a nice time at Paul’s place! The space was perfect for a couple and has a great deck with a dining table, bbq and soft tub. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked. Loved that there was a dishwasher! Paul was very friendly and had two beautiful pups! Location is perfect for a day trip to Savary Island (close to the water taxi) and about a 15ish minute drive from Craig park (for disc golf!). We would stay here again! Thanks Paul!

A lovely cottage with a stunning panoramic view - it has character & charm & everything you need for a comfortable stay

Our family of 10 stayed at Annette and Ken’s for 7 days in August. It was even more amazing than we expected. The house was perfect for our large family with the huge seating area in the kitchen/dining area overlooking the yard and beautiful beach. We swam in the clear ocean and kayaked (provided) every day. I can’t say enough about this perfect spot or the friendly hosts. We will be back!

We had a great time at Paul's place, private and peaceful. Watched the stars from the hot tub and sunset from divers rock (quick walk). The snorkeling around divers rock is fantastic at low tide, provided the ocean chill doesn't take you out too fast! The yurt was a really neat experience, well insulated and quiet. Would definitely stay again!

The Rose cottage has a special place in my heart. You can feel the all the love that has been poured into this space and onto the land. The prayer tree was my favourite. This is a sweet and comfortable space to reset and ground. There are many books to read and the outdoor bath tub is heavenly.

This place is heaven on earth. So peaceful and magical! Hosts are so wonderful, attentive and friendly. Felt super welcomed here. Love it so much we have already booked our next stay!

We loved this place! We stayed in many others and nothing has had the homey vibe Quite like this. The fire is so warm and cozy. The beds are all super comfortable. Beach front with dazzling sun rises and sun sets! We want to make this our go to for any ski trip we do. Thank you so much for the easy stay.

If we could leave 6 stars we would. Not only what we were hoping for when we booked but somehow exceeded expectations. George was a super friendly and accommodating host. We felt very comfortable immediately and appreciated the gracious hospitality. We hope their place is available next time we visit the area. Thank you for having us and making our short stay so memorable.

This our third annual stay in a row. Amazing value and great host! Love the rustic feel. Great for 3 families (10 people).

Taren’s place was just as described. She was very communicative, and always friendly and helpful. Everything was very simple and smooth. This had everything we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable! My partner and I, as well as my brother, stayed two nights for a wedding. Mount Washington area is absolutely stunning, great views from the balconies. Would recommend- thank you Taren!

Thanks for having us! What a beautiful, serene environment, the dome is truly magical. Roisin is a wonderful host - kind, responsive, and helpful with many recommendations for the local area. The sauna was a welcome bonus, and we enjoyed our time greatly. One tip for future guests - don’t think it snows that much in Lund, but if so, suggest to bring an AWD or 4x4; local country roads can get a little a hairy. Thank you again Roisin!

Beautiful place to stay. Felt right at home. We have stayed here many times with the family. Will be back again soon :) The hottub was a nice way to end the ski day.

Wow; what a great spot. Perfect getaway for a few families. So many activities to do and very comfy. The pool was a huge amenity for the kids (and adults). Definitely will go back!

This is a great condo in a beautiful location. It's great to find a place with all the kitchen appliances and spices etc that you need. You can tell the host actually uses the place herself and has thought about what guests need. The linens on the bed and the pillow selection were an excellent bonus. Super comfy beds and everything you need for a home away from home.

The unit was perfect for three couples. It was clean and well stocked. Faye was very responsive and provided great instructions. Definitely will recommend to friends and would stay again.
