And in the same place is the Roman Piña Chan Passage that connects to Calle 59 of the Historic Center; the city's main tourist and gastronomic corridor.

The loft is air-conditioned and offers what you need for a comfortable stay, a few steps from the pier. We have a kitchenette and a small refrigerator for basic services. If you're going to walk to the historic center, the loft is a 15-minute walk and a 5-minute drive away. We're on a corner where cars pass by mainly during the day.

You'll be in a remodeled late 19th century house with an eclectic setting. In one of the most traditional and aristocratic neighborhoods of the monument area of this World Heritage city. I love heritage and our identity, and I like to share it with our visitors by providing them with all kinds of information to enjoy our city. This colonial neighborhood was built by Spanish immigrants, merchants, and businessmen in the 17th and 18th centuries.

Spacious colonial style house in a quiet area of the center. It has a kitchen, laundry room, an interior patio and a large backyard with garden. Both bedrooms have A/C and full bathroom. Pets are allowed in the outdoor areas of the house and in the living room, kitchen and dining room, as long as the furniture is preserved. Pets are asked to be kept out of the bedrooms. Guests are responsible for the cleanliness of their pet's waste.
