Its decor is minimalist and is located on the ground floor of an old colonial house. THERE MAY BE NOISE AT NIGHT DUE TO THE PROXIMITY TO 59TH STREET (pedestrian). Walking in the surroundings you can enjoy an afternoon full of color, the evening breeze and magnificent sunsets.

We conditioned the apartment to our full pleasure. It is well lit, the spaces are comfortable and can serve as a reception for visitors as a tourist plan; or, as a business plan. Another extra detail is that the apartment is in a quiet area, has parking and by car it is possible to get to the historic center up to five minutes; in addition to its location, the street flows into three of the city's main avenues.

It is located a few minutes walk from the Historic Center, supermarkets, central market, esplanade and the Portales de San Francisco. It has a queen-size bed, full bathroom, Wi-Fi, Smart TV and equipped kitchenette for a comfortable and relaxed stay.
