One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Cozy three-room apartment in mountain style populated by many small goblins, from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Sella Pass and Sass Pordoi. Very quiet apartment just 100 meters from the Val di Fassa cycle path, the playgrounds and the trekking routes along the woods or the Avisio stream. It is only 2 km far to Campitello (news lift 25/26) and 5 km far to Canazei, the main ski lifts and SellaRonda. . It is also suitable for families with children. The house is in a very quiet dream location in the orchards of the Adige Valley. The apartment is on the 1st floor, is 120 square meters and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Bolzano is 10 minutes away, Merano 20 minutes and the ski or hiking areas of the Dolomites 40 minutes away. There are bike paths around the corner and hiking in front of the house. Guests have 2 parking spaces available in the closed courtyard. Each additional one will be charged €10/day

Apartment 16 cityview

The cozy Apartment 16 is located in Karneid/Cornedo all'Isarco, near Bolzano/Bozen and is a great starting point for exploring both the city as well as South Tyrol's beautiful mountains. The 50m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), satellite television, a baby bed and a highchair.

Three-room apartment of 70sqm on the ground floor. Large wooden living room, renovated in fall 2019 with double sofa bed, with flat screen TV, well-equipped electric kitchenette with microwave, oven, refrigerator, freezer and kettle, dishwasher. Two bedrooms, one has a service bathroom, one double and one triple, bathroom renovated in 2015 with shower, hair dryer and washing machine. Large terrace with chairs, small table and deck chairs and clothesline.
