I highly recommend a stay at this 17th-century villa in Carfagnò. The incredible interiors transport you to another era, and the peace and privacy of having the entire property to yourself is unmatched. There are many tourist attractions nearby, and within an hour’s drive, you can find yourself at the foot of picturesque mountains. Well-stocked stores, like Supermarket Famila, are just 5 minutes away by car, and there are great pizzerias in the surrounding towns and in Belluno itself – I particularly recommend the fantastic BELLA NAPOLI. If you’re into lakes, Lago di Santa Croce is perfect for swimming and sailing, while Lago di Santa Maria and Lago di Lago offer beautiful hiking trails. Don’t miss the stunning serpentine roads through the valleys on your way there. A must-do is a walk to Brent del Art (park near the cemetery, then a 20-minute walk to the canyon), or exploring the trails around Lago del Mis. The house was really clean...The host was very nice and very communicative . The first night it was cold but then after I texted the host in the morning, the owners fixed the problem with the heating system and the house was warm. We enjoyed the place, it is really nice and we will come back..thank you! Cinzia

A really lovely place, cared for in every detail and ideal for relaxing. The environment is super clean and immediately transmits a feeling of peace and well-being. The owners were very kind, always available and attentive to every need. The welcome was warm and we immediately felt at home. An experience I highly recommend to those looking for tranquility, comfort, and a touch of authentic hospitality.

We had an amazing stay at Giuseppina and Atos's, her dog ;-) The children were immediately taken by the house, the property and all the adventures that this place allowed them to experience. The house was perfect for the 5 of us, very clean, spacious and very well-equipped. The Location was also a strong asset: day trip to Venice by train, sledding sessions just 30 minutes from the house, a dream ;-) Finally, Giuseppina was a fantastic host who knew how to listen, while leaving us our space: we really felt at home.

Great and beautiful house. We absolutely love it. It is beautiful renovated old house from the beginnig of 20. century. Very nicely reconstructed with lot of old details. In the house are two simple kitchens with traditional wibe and some magic in there. Kitchens are simly arrange but you find there everything you needed. House has great position according to ski area Kronplatz. You are 10 min walk from skilifts.

That was a perfect stay! Federico and Luca were amazing hosts, always responsive and helpful. The place itself is a dream - very private and calm, with a huge garden and spectacular views of the Dolomites. The local Italian dinner arranged by the hosts at the villa was the highlight of our trip - highly recommended. Its 10 out of 10, with no doubts an amazing villa, location and hosts.

Beautiful apartment and view. Building work next door did not bother us at all. Very responsive and helpful host who helped enormously with electric car charging Be aware it is a fair walk up/down a steep hill to main town and although ski buses stop relatively nearby getting to them was still several minutes of walking (and they didn't always come as per timetable...). I was glad we had car for shopping etc. We loved the skiing !

We (11 people of a family) were very impressed by both the location of the house and the amenities.

We had a wonderful time in this lovingly furnished house. Pool and terrace are really nice and the outdoor area has been cleaned every day. In the garden there were turtles, a cat and chickens - so we got fresh eggs for breakfast daily. The house was clean, well maintained and well equipped down to the last detail and left nothing to be desired. Luca, our host, was incredibly friendly and helpful which made our stay even more enjoyable. 😊

The apartment is excellent. It’s very spacious and comfortable. All the bedrooms are a decent size with large beds. The pool is a good size and bigger than it appears on the online images. The views from the balcony are picture postcard. The area contains a number of small to medium size towns that all have their points of interest, and there are several historical cities 60-90 minutes drive away.

Stefano was an awesome host! He allowed us to check in early and sent clear instructions for getting to and into the house. The place was exactly as pictured—super cute and clean. He was very kind and even gave us local recommendations!

This place is amazing and beautiful. The pictures to not even come close to the view you will have sitting in your private pool sipping on some of the best prosecco the world offers. The home was amazing for our family of 7–with room to spare. If you get the tower, it is a great idea to use for the parents, or anyone who can use their own private apartment. It is a separate Mother in law suite that is right in front of the pool. The main house is huge with lots of space sleep and eat. We used the entire property from playing bocce ball in the lawn, swimming everyday, making a nice big BBQ with local meats from a butcher right in town. I also recommend doing the Prosecco tasting they offer. It’s an amazing experience with great information and, of course, Prosecco. Lastly BEA is such a sweet and amazing person. Super helpful and is always available to help. She makes the stay that much better. The main word about this place is the VIEW!!!!!!

Beautiful house, nice location, nice pool and a good barbecue. The motorcycles of ours also had space in the underground parking. We will definitely come back. The place was very small, but in the next place there was everything you need.

We communicated directly with Sabina, the owner who lives next door. She was very helpful, straightforward and nice.

Breakfast and dinner were both extremely tasty. Nice stay. Completely calmed down.

Really a super nice place where you can completely relax. Mega nice family who can tell you all about the history of the beautiful old property and the region and will be happy to introduce you to their homemade wines during the wine tasting. The stay is a bit more expensive but absolutely worth it! We'd love to come back:)

We had a lovely stay at Beatrice’s place, The house was clean, well-equipped, and Beatrice was kind, helpful, and always quick to respond. Highly recommended.

Romantic, quaint, Italian area with an incredibly great outdoor area incl. Pool. Arrival including parking and check-in worked smoothly (parking is right in front of the Airbnb). The room we had corresponded to the description and was clean. We had chosen the smallest room size, for a longer stay we would definitely recommend a larger one. All in all, we were very satisfied with the stay.

The Villa has amazing views of Torbole, the mountains and the lake. It is within easy walking of Nago and a twenty minutes walk down into Torbole, a stiff uphill climb back from the village. The village is in need of some modernisation but is otherwise very comfortable.
