A perfect place for travelers with a car. Entrance through an electric gate to a large and well-maintained yard. Pampering and clean pool. The hosts are super helpful and communicative. I highly recommend and will definitely go back there.

Fantastic nice accommodation, we were a group of friends of 10, everyone had their own room. Clean and fresh. Close to shop, slightly further to the beach. Was close to trains that took us into Rome. Nice living spaces. The pool was perfect, the grill we tested too. There was everything you could wish for. Nice host, responded quickly to questions if we had any questions. Helpful.

What a beautiful location near the ocean! The house is lovely and we enjoyed cooking a few meals, sitting on the terrace soaking in the sun and ocean view. Remo was very responsive and the property caretaker, Luigi, was there to greet us, show us around, and answer any questions we had. Lovely uncrowded pool and ocean access. What a way to start our one-week visit before heading to busy Rome!

This is an oasis in a hectic city. Stefano is a fantastic host. It is quite a climb to reach the bus, but once in the bus you are on Sint Pietersplein in 30 minutes. The house is equipped with every luxury. The only thing missing is a washing machine. If you stay like me, three weeks, you must be provided for this or look for a Lavanderia. Stefano also offered to have it done, but I didn't think that was necessary. In short, a fantastic base from which to visit Rome.

Lucilla was extremely friendly and responsive. We were a big group of 13 people and she was super flexible to accommodate our needs including super late checkout on Sunday. Thanks a lot!!

Lovely villa, easy to find and place was a lot bigger than you’d expect and was great for the kids to have space with the pool. Hosts were great and responsive to any queries. Quite well suited for things like shops, few restaurants in area as well although we opted for a couple takeaways as easier with having the kids with us when we were there which was easy enough to do. We originally were planning on staying in center of Rome but rented a car and stayed here, best decision we made as it allowed us to travel around to places like Pompeii and there is a lake not far with loads of small towns to visit. Would advise anyone renting a car to look into the ZTL boundaries for Rome, we were only made aware by the sat nav making a passing comment but it was no issue as only really applies to parts of the center. Overall a great experience and Rome/surrounding areas are surreal.

It was a joy and a privilege to stay in this beautiful home. It is rare to have the opportunity to spend time in such a special place. Everything was perfect and so comfortable. Mario and Diana have decorated the house exquisitely, there is something wonderful to see in every room. It’s like having a boutique hotel all to yourselves! The setting is peaceful, very private and we slept so well. We received a very warm welcome from Mario at check-in, helpful information and a lots of lovely food and wine. We took Ubers into the city which was very convenient, and quick. A highlight of our trip was the Vivaldi concert at St Paul’s Church within the walls, which is on Monday evenings. We highly recommend Chalet Marmont, we loved every moment and we hope to return soon!

I was at Casone for my graduation party and it was the best choice I could make. Lorenzo was kind and super helpful in meeting my requests. Excellent accommodation for the customization of the stay, therefore. The house also offers everything you need to organize large tables as it has a kitchen with attached dishes that could serve a restaurant not even so small. dozens of board games and a foosball game have animated the evening. impeccable cleanliness. i will definitely be back

strategic location for getting to both the sea and Rome in a few minutes! the house is clean and cozy, kitchen and bathroom equipped in every detail. We did not meet Daniela in person but on the phone she was very helpful, the check-in was done by Tommaso who was efficient and punctual. If I wanted to go back there, I'd choose it again!

Fabio was a brilliant host to us. Having never been to the area, he was proactive in suggesting places for us to visit and even arranging restaurant bookings on our behalf. He went out of his way to cook us a great meal, offer to take us to the closest supermakets and super responsive whenever we needed to ask anything of him. The house was clean and spatious, felt very private in the area and at home whenever we were hanging out by the pool or having a BBQ. The only minor downside is the location, which ideally necessitates a vehicle to get around should you not be a fan of walking to and from places, but again, Fabio was brilliant in offering to drive us anywhere should we wish to, so it didn't feel like this affected our stay at all. We were pleasantly surprised, found great value for money and would definitely come back should the opportunity present itself.

Simona and Federica, two extremely friendly and helpful sisters. We stayed in this beautiful home for a few days and couldn't have asked for better. The house is spacious, one of a kind and very well cared for in every detail, better than in the photos. The kitchen is fully equipped, the living room comfortable and cozy, the outdoor spaces are a gem and with an amazing view. The area is quiet and easily accessible. We highly recommend it to those looking for comfort, tranquility and impeccable hospitality!

The place exactly matches the description, small but cared for in every detail and most likely clean. It is an oasis of relaxation surrounded by greenery with many activities available to entertain both human and four-legged friends! I especially thank the hosts for giving me a wonderful birthday. We stayed at this beautiful villa in two couples and two children, unfortunately only for 5 days. The villa is surrounded by an endless and very well-kept park with a wonderful pool and a very comfortable outdoor area! The interior is very spacious But the outside is the most beautiful part, it also has a comfortable brick barbecue very useful! The owners were always available and very kind and made us feel at home, always available and ready to give us a thousand directions! Thank you so much for everything! We will definitely be back!! This villa is extra special! The property is huge and elegant, everything you would ever expect from a 5 star property. Put that together with an amazing host like Luigia and you have the perfect vacation spot! We felt at home there and would love to return again. It's a short ride to Rome and a great getaway from the busy city. The view of the nearby town is also amazing! We are grateful to our generous hosts for their hospitality and kindness. This is a rare find!

Enrico was very accommodating and nice and was always available if we had any questions. We felt very comfortable with him. The surroundings were very quiet (probably also because it was out of season). Everything in the residential complex is a bit outdated, but that doesn't detract from the feel-good factor. There are many shops within walking distance. Enrico's pizza oven is a real highlight. That's a real Italian way of life. For the price, the place is highly recommended. A little something has bothered us. Outside the gated community and especially the path to the beach and on the beach it was very dirty.. there was trash everywhere. Maybe it was because we were there outside of the Italian holiday season. Downtown Rome can be reached in an hour by car and if you get there early, there are also many cheap parking options along the Tiber. Thanks Enrico for the nice relaxed two weeks.
