Great location near the center of Cortina. The sofa/bed was comfortable and the studio is great for up to two people visiting. 3 minute walk to the main pedestrian corridor. Separate parking less than a 5 min walk away from the apartment. Giorgio was a great communicator and easy to stay in communication with. Would stay there again while on a ski or summer holiday.

Very nice and clean apartment, centrally located and convenient for restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and services like the Faloria cable car, which is just a two-minute walk away. Perfect for couples of friends, but not only — it has everything you need for a pleasant and comfortable stay. The host, Marco, is very kind and always available to help with any request. Even though the apartment doesn’t have its own parking spot, it’s easy to find parking nearby in areas recommended by Marco. I will definitely come back!!!

It is a spacy apartment with all facilities you may need for a great stay. It was extremely clean even though the furniture is classic. The communication with Ute was excellent. Very reactive and extremely good tips making our stay the best possible way. The one thing that could be improved is the comfort of the bed which was not the best (old), but not a reason to give less than 5 stars for the host, the accommodation and its location. We would recommend this place for anybody that like to enjoy Cortina or for the splendid hikes in the area.
