Enjoy the BBQ on the deck and watch sunsets each evening. The bungalow boasts a vaulted wooden ceiling with eye-catching chandeliers and vast windows to take advantage of the views. Every bedroom and living room is luxurious and equipped with state of the art amenities and fast wifi. It comes with its own movie theatre. The most luxurious and beautiful home on Clifton beach including 4 ensuite bedrooms, living room and outdoor deck and heated rim flow pool that faces the ocean a few steps away. A state of the art movie theatre, barbecue and second mini kitchen with unparalleled views of the ocean and mountains a few steps away. A gorgeous heated rim flow pool and outdoor patios are at your disposal and overlook third beach clifton a few steps away. State of the art security linked up to armed response company 24/7. Alarm and keypad and electric fence. The entire home is available. I am available to be contacted via phone or email throughout your stay. The bungalow is in the most famous area of Clifton on the Western Cape’s Atlantic Seaboard. Clifton third beach is in fact a protected nature reserve and is one of the most breathtaking locations on earth. Clifton is home to Millionaire’s Row and is known as Cape Town’s St Tropez. There are 4 dazzling white sandy beaches separated by granite boulders. These beaches are literally a few steps away from the bungalow which is also only a kilometer away from shops, night-life and restaurants. By car, bus, Uber or walking. From the airport use either an Uber or taxi and use the address 22 Victoria Rd Clifton. Then when you arrive you will be at the parking and bus stop of third beach clifton. Walk down the steps at the bus stop side keeping right until you reach bungalow 25. You can always call us and we will fetch you from the parking as well. Access to the home is provided by key and code. Host is available to you when required. Should you need shopping and cleaning done that can be arranged. We will always check you in face to face and do a handover and explanation of how to use all the facilities.

Dine Overlooking the Waves at a Texture-Rich Retreat

Curl up on the olive velvet sofa, then whip up a snack in the minimal black and marble kitchen to refuel before a coastal stroll. This haven right on the beachfront brings the outdoors in with a patio for alfresco dining admiring stunning sunsets. A newly refurbished studio apartment located on the Camps Bay beachfront, close to the Camps Bay strip of restaurants and bars and within walking distance to the notorious Clifton beaches. The apartment has an open plan bedroom, lounge, dining room and fully fitted kitchen and a separate bathroom with a private outside patio with dining table & chairs, sun loungers and a Weber gas barbecue. The studio also has private access from the beachfront directly up to the apartment. Access is from Victoria Road, with a private entrance with stairs up onto the private patio overlooking the ocean. Street parking is available on Victoria Road and adjacent side streets nearby. I am available to assist guests however I can to make there stay more comfortable. I love hosting guests and providing local suggestions and tips so that you can fully enjoy your stay in my home town of Cape Town and the most beautiful suburb of Camps Bay. Camps Bay is one of the most beautiful and sought-after areas in Cape Town with views of the 12 Apostles and the beach. The property has easy pedestrian access to Victoria Road and is less than a minute's walk from many restaurants and bars. You can walk anywhere in Camps Bay. Uber is very reliable in Cape Town. My Citi bus is a reliable bus service with links to the City, Seapoint and Hout Bay. There is a staircase which has direct access to the beach road. The studio is perfect for a couple or single person and has a private patio overlooking the ocean.
