Great location, very good for leaving the car in the garage and walking to the beach of Enseada. The apartment exactly matches the photos, looks freshly renovated! Very quiet and functioning air conditioners. I just missed a bottle of coffee and a little more water coming out in the showers, other than that all very good!

I celebrated my birthday at William's house and I can say it was an extremely happy weekend for me and my family. The house is beautiful, comfortable, clean and we enjoy moments of great peace and love. William is very old, since the first contact answered everything super fast, made us very comfortable and was flexible with time, a super important point for us because we were with children and the elderly. The pool was delicious and very clean. The beach is less than 10 minutes walk away, a delight. The maritacas in the garden were a spectacle apart, we feel very much in contact with nature, the house brought us a sense of peace. We set up pizza in the wood-fired oven on Saturday night, it was a lot of fun and a delight! I only have compliments and thanks to William, I want to come back more often.

This was one of the best homes we've ever rented on AirBNB. The house is excellent, well located and as advertised. Cleanliness and details go a long way! The house is complete, has a wonderful spacious area, not to mention the benefits of staying in a safe condominium. From the reception we already felt welcomed. What TO talk about this stay!! Simply wonderful... everything as described in the announcement. The house is perfect, we arrived everything was in order with clean house smell. Sandro, from check-in to check-out was proactive and with quick response, it gave us all support. Great host!! Condominio super tranquil and wonderful we were delighted, it was me, my husband and my two daughters and they all enjoyed a lot. We love and soon we want to be back 😄🥰

It met my expectations. Clean and complete house. We carried utensils that didn't even need to be used, as they already had in the house. Very close to the beach. On the side of the house and on the parallel streets there are grocery stores where you can find almost everything that can be bought in markets, including fresh breads, but if you are by car, you can get to large markets in up to 6 minutes. The neighborhood is quieter, does not have the agito of Ocian for example. It's very good to rest, my family and I enjoy a lot

The condominium has a Great structure with swimming pools and toy library besides being next to the beach , and having beach service, which for me was very important to have ! Our experience at Lorenzo's apartment was excellent! The property is super cozy, well equipped and very clean — exactly as in the pictures. The location is one of the great highlights: the condominium is literally in front of the beach, which made our days even more enjoyable. Also, the environment is safe, quiet and ideal for resting. The apartment is great, it is in a great location and the condominium is a dream, the pools are great, it has a gym, a spa and everything always very organized. Sidnei, always responded quickly and made clear all the check-in steps. As a suggestion for improvement, I leave a few points: - Having floor cloths (for the bathroom mainly), bed and bath linens would also be an extra cool. - Warn before about the availability of SmartTV, which was not working during our stay.
