I am located in the center of one of the most beautiful villages in France, a few steps from the confluence of the Vienne and the Loire. Everything is within easy reach, I am charming, convenient and comfortable. For visits along the Loire, it's the same, everything is within easy reach by bike! The Loire, the Vienne, the Collegiate Church, the Château de Montsoreau, the Abbey of Fontevraud, the troglodytes, the restaurants. At the end of the day, a small fire in the corner of the bed is possible. Stop for a little break!

It is the perfect base from which to explore the region both culturally and for sports.

Full of character and charm, thick local limestone walls keep the house cool in summer yet cosy during colder, truffle-hunting months. The covered terrace is perfect for alfresco dining. In Montsoreau, one of the "most beautiful villages" of France, amazing views, and small shops within walking distance; located between Saumur and Chinon! Famous castles, abbeyes, exceptional gardens, white, red and bubbly wineries, most of them within 10 to 60 min. The house is perfect for one or two couples, but can welcome 6 guests. Market every week, small grocery store, butcher, bakery, 4 restaurants in the village. Great antique market once a moth on the banks of the Loire.
