Monthly Rentals in Candia

We really enjoyed our stay at the farmhouse! The ambience was incredible. The only downside was that our dog couldn’t be off leash outside - totally understand inside and around common areas, but considering it’s such a large property, we were hoping we would be able to have our dog run around to tire her out. Regardless it was beautiful, and the goat and the babydoll sheep’s were adorable! Very clean, and darling space. Thanks so much!

Check in was easy, location was spacious, house was comfortable and my entire film crew had a great time at our retreat there. Hosts communication was excellent, fast responses and intune to our needs. All around excellent value!

Kate’s place is a charming studio with everything you need for a comfortable stay. She and her co-host are quick to respond to anything and both very kind! I advise having a car if you stay here, as the home is in a residential area; however, you could probably walk to the downtown area in about 20 minutes. Also, the Bagel Cafe is barely a 10-minute walk and totally worth it. I would stay here again.
