Great place, quiet, serene, rustic. The walk to the lake is the cherry on top. Would certainly consider this place again when it's time to unplug from everything. K.C. was an awesome host too, very accommodating and great communication. 5 stars.

This place is magnificent! It didn’t just stand up to my expectations, it exceeded them! The house is so smartly designed, that every room in the house is facing the lake, with its own terrace. The main terrace is so roomy and comfortable! We stayed in the house early in the season and I can only imagine how much more the house would be able to offer on a hot summer day! Brittany is a great communicator and is very helpful with any questions or requests you might have. She also shared a few great suggestions on how to have even more fun in the area. My only regret is that because of our schedule we couldn’t have stayed in the house for a little longer. That is definitely on my to do list now - to come back to the house for a quiet unstructured vacation!

We LOVED our stay at this wonderful home— extraordinary lake views and access from their spacious home, coffees/teas/snacks, everything we needed to cook and enjoy meals, multiple indoor and outdoor seating areas, kind hosts, and a gorgeous setting. We dined on one of the exterior decks and then played backgammon on the one below, while both had stunning lake views. It was the serenity and beauty we badly needed, but Starbucks, grocery stores, the wine shops and other amenities were less than 3 miles away. We’re already planning our next visit

The location suited our needs perfectly. It was close to our Jehovah’s Witness facility in Patterson NY. We had a morning tour which made it very convenient, only 20 minutes away. We not only enjoyed the peaceful quietness, we were also able to do a little fishing at the boat docks right on the property of Candlewood Isle and caught a few fish.☺️
