Monthly Rentals in Candoso

This place is beautiful, very clean, the location is great. The building is stone and very old and sturdy. You can walk to a few good restaurants in the neighborhood or walk to the mall and historic downtown. It’s right next to a hospital and is in a high traffic area but the sounds were almost comforting to me. Like white noise. Staying alone, I preferred that to the quote of the countryside. The design of the loft is a thing of beauty, but the stairs would be hard to navigate for the elderly. The only issue I had was during my arrival at night the first day I was there. They provide great visual instructions but the driveway is right after a curve and it’s up a curb. Not like a driveway in the USA. It’s dark and you would not expect to go up a sidewalk curb to enter the driveway. It was not problem once I figured it out but again, at night it was hard to fine.

The house is tastefully designed and has everything you need to feel like your own. The host was lovely and was always very attentive. The perfect location to explore the city. 100% recommended, when returning to Guimaraes, we are sure to repeat

Jorge's place is fantastic. Probably one of the best Airbnb I've ever done. The accommodation is very clean. It is very well equipped and provided with everything in quantity: coffee tea toilet paper towels paper towels products for dishwasher and washing machine shampoo shower gel, etc.... we did not lack anything. Jorge welcomed us very late without any difficulty, he responds instantly. Really everything was perfect. The city is very close, a supermarket less than 5 minutes away and parking in the building. And Jorge leaves wine, fruit juice water, and delicious pastries.

This is a perfect place to stay and explore Guimaraes! It was clean, comfortable, and centrally located. It is very close to a church that plays bells every 15 minutes, starting at 8am, so if you plan to sleep in, maybe not the best location. We didn’t mind though. We would stay here again!
